Gave it a 4 star cause I was at the talk box for awhile the lady kept saying she didn’t have a pick up order went to the window to show her I made the order there then she found it was there for awhile though but everything else was good food was great

I order online and still waited almost 45mins after arriving. The front counter associate was doing everything himself and also helping the drive-thru . While the manager on duty was in lala land. It wasn’t even that busy! The food was HORRIBLE! Chicken inside the (New Wrap) was cold, pot pie was UNCOOKED, the fries were hard, the guy made my drink with same gloves he made the food with. I’ll never step foot in that store again…. Messed up my whole lunch……..

I went here today and got food poisoning and I feel like it was that short lady that did something to my food. They were taking long to serve me and I did say something a little slick but I wasn’t rude and I feel like that made her do something to my food. I’m in my 30s and never had food poisoning in my life and I eat this KFC all the time I know that lady did something to my food.

Stood at the counter and waited, finally acknowledged we were there. Waited again to take the order. Chicken sandwich had so much nasty mayonnaise, 3 piece leg was so overdone and no taste.

The chicken was overcooked. It was dark brown. In fact, it was burned. I watched as they filled order after order and every tray they pulled chicken from was dark brown. I thought it was just the lighting, but clearly it was not. There’s no excuse for putting out bad product, especially when you KNOW something is wong. How do you mess up like that when everything is supposed to be so precisely timed. I have supplied photos. I mean it was so obvious.
Historically, this location has been consistently INCONSISTENT over the twenty plus years I have been going there. It’s just a lousy franchise location that I usually avoid. They were better for a while following their fairly recent, complete remodel, but they have fallen back into old, substandard form. Sometimes they get the chicken right, but USUALLY they don’t. They are very close by, I was tired, I was hungry; so I took a chance. I usually go to one of two OTHER locations to get good KFC, since all locations are NOT created equal. Some are better than others. SO, I recommend you go elsewhere and leave this location out of the picture. This was definitely NOT the KFC I expected. I’ve been loving it since I was a kid, this was absolutely awful, AWFUL chicken. I called the manager and I called corporate offices as well. They need to get their act together. They are definitely not following proper timing procedures for cooking their chicken.

Been waiting 40 minutes just to get what I didnt order. I asked for crispy and got a mix of whatever they wanted to throw in there. They gave me original, crispy tender and piece that that I cant even tell what part of the chicken it is (a collar bone?) had to break it open it was an old looking chicken tender. I waited 40 mins for the cashier to later tell me after I get my order its mixed and it wasnt even hot. I could’ve went to Chili’s or a dine in restaurant with waiter service and got my food faster.
