If I could give zero stars I would whatever you do, absolutely do not come here or order from this business under any circumstances. The staff is Rude unhelpful and lazy and the managers don’t give a damn and do anything but their actual job of managing. I had an issue with putting an order through for delivery on the app and tried contacting the store for assistance it was pushed aside they did not want to help or claim any responsibility even though the order was placed directly through Subway app, and wasn’t aware that delivery would be through a third-party service. I was also told that I would get reached back to by higher up and didn’t hear back and had to continue to call back all to get no further help. Do not spend your hard earned money here this is one of the last places that deserve it.

Issues:
1. Slow service. The only way to avoid is to order on the app 30 minutes ahead of when you want your food.
2. Products not ready. i.e. products not prepped, products out of stock. Sandwich artist had to keep going in the back to get things.

This is the only SubWay left in Baldwinsville.
I enjoy their subs … one tip:
If you order a Philly steak…YES you want it toasted when they ask you . Otherwise the meat goes on cold.
Maybe it was me, but the other store (now closed permanently) always asked if I wanted the roll toasted, they then heated the meat.
Otherwise, good, healthier fast food, friendly staff and watch for those daily meal deals.

We ordered lunch for myself and 3 other coworkers at the subway on Downer st. When I went to pick up the order there was a sign on the door that said they were out of lettuce, spinach and peppers. No employee mentioned that, which you think they would since one of the subs was a BLT. We spent $63 and we got flat subs made with the wrong bread and missing the majority of the toppings. Definitely will not go back. If you want a good wrap or sub go to Byrne Dairy, it’s so much better!!

everytime i do get to come in an order theyre very pleasant, although if i go any later than about 7:30-8pm almost all of them time i am told there closing even though every where i look says the stores hours are 9am-10pm.

Went there to order lunch at 12:40. 4 customers ahead of us, took 25 minutes just to order because the staff working the counter was to busy messing around, when we finally got to order the worker named Tina made such a rude and snide remark about a previous customer I will never return to this subway in my life. Not only was she rude but she made our subs with such a lack of care and complete disregard for what we ordered. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it. This place use to be the go to lunch spot, spot on amazing subs but no longer. By the way Tina, next time you feel the need to speak like that about a paying customer make sure you don’t use your outdoor voice.

Ordered online for pick up, 2 subs, both with the wrong bread, they were out of Doritos, had to pick a substitute. One sub was supposed to have double meat, it did not. Both subs were meals, missing 1 drink. Missing mozzarella on the meatball sub. Ordered online & still had to wait. Maybe the workers should be double checking their orders. Literacy matters. Hubby hates subway, was my choice to go there, they need to step up their game if they want us to return any time soon.
