I come to this location at least 3 to 4 times a week and the staff is very nice. The atmosphere is always clean and I always feel welcomed. They always make my smoothie in a timely manner and take the initiative to know their customers and remembering my order and other peoples orders. I love this location a lot.

Little too pricey to be honest, and took a really long time to prepare just 2 smoothies. Would have liked to see maybe a bit more variety in their smoothie flavors as well. I’m a bit picky so personally wouldn’t be my first choice for smoothies, but I do always feel super healthy whenever I get something from here.

I first visited Tropical Smoothie in Greensboro, NC about ten years ago. I now live in Kentucky and have Tropical about 5 days a week as a meal replacement, nutritional supplement, and its great. I have never had one single issue at the Richmond Kentucky location and my health has consistently been better since I started my Tropical Smoothie journey.

Food is always good, but this location in particular had a hostile atmosphere. Staff was rude while we were ordering, loud and obnoxious to the point we could hear their conversations from the back while we were trying to eat.

Good smoothies but service sucks. I go here a few times a week, I ordered two bahama mamas. The guy made them in the same batch, that’s fine. He def put banana in them which is not correct. I asked for them to be remade, he refused to make both and only did one. This doesn’t make sense.

So, I am just a doordash delivery person, and I went in to pick up an order. Like usual for me a crowd of people came in right after me. But, I am taking it that the man working the counter is either the owner or the manager or whoever. Memorial day, and he was alone and working by himself. But whoever he is, and even though he was super quiet, this man did an amazing job. He took orders, and took names of people picking up, and he didn’t have to double check or ask or anything like this, when making and handing out the orders one after another in the order that everyone came in. To me, that deserves recognition. I appreciate you. Extremely surprised and pleased.

Last time I came here my food and drink was just thrown together. This time I came here the guy was rude to everyone except for the woman he found attractive. We waited about 30 minutes just for that same guy to hand our drinks to someone else and the lady that was working there handed our food to them as well. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Never coming back here
