I ordered through GrubHub their 8 piece dark deal. For some reason every time I order from there their chicken is full of splintered bones. It’s like they beat it with a hammer before frying? I hardly ever have this problem with other chicken restaurants. If it wasn’t for that deal I wouldn’t be ordering from there. I just got to remember to be careful and not swallow bone every time I eat their chicken.

Birmingham every time I’m in Auburn I stop by this location because it the best Church’s in Alabama ! The other locations have bad service and food but not this one April and Charlestine going to make sure your food is fresh and you leave happy!

The bathroom is nor clean and out of toilet paper. The kitchen that you can see from counter looks dirty so we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. The gas station has a good price on gas, that’s the only good thing on that stop.

It’s totally unprofessional. The business hours say 10:00 am the workers were strolling in around 10:25 and told me they are running behind because all the employees were not there yet and they still needed to count the register. When I finally ordered my food and waited 32 mins for it, which made no sense at all, they had little to no sides because they said the truck didn’t come in thier drink machine wasn’t working so I had to use the stores drink machine which were also limited . The TV screen that shows the menu was broken as well, and the cashier didn’t know much it was a total disaster, but at least the food tasted good . I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location, though.

I’ve waited 20 years for this moment. There’s no church’s chicken in my town, and I was not disappointed. Chicken was fresh, hot and moist. The biscuit was moist and sweet

Worst service but good hot food.
This is my second visit and again the drive thru was unavailable. The drive thru area looks like a storage spot now. They had one cook and he was in the zone, never broke character lol. I ordered the 2 piece special but they did not have the peppers but they offered one bomber to replace it. They never offered me a bomber and I ordered two of the specials but they offered it to my friend who they had wait maybe 20 minutes before being acknowledged. They rung up someone who already ordered and just caught their attention while my friend was standing at the register waiting. I told them his order wasn’t taken yet and the cashier still did not take his order. Another cashier just walked right past him as if she was going for a break while another cashier stood at the register and never looked up to at least say I’ll be right with you. I could see the frustration in his face smh, the girl who walked off finally came back and took his order. They need to huddle up and fix that customer service and do inventory because they were out of plenty of things and the online people were not contacted that items were unavailable. The chicken was good and the save for this review . I would not recommend this location because the service and the wait time.
