I recently visited Noodles & Company and had a generally positive experience. This being my first ever visit ever I found that the food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was friendly and efficient—definitely a highlight of the visit.
The dining area and bathroom were both clean, which I appreciated. However, I did notice a couple of issues in the restroom: the sink had loose plumbing, and the soap dispenser was empty. These are small but important details that can impact the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance.
Despite that, I’d still recommend this location for a quick and tasty meal. A little attention to the restroom maintenance would make the experience even better.

My first time ever at a Noodles and Company. I had the Cobb salad, it was ok. The restaurant was filthy everywhere on the floor and not sure what was happening under the drink machine.

This review is for delivery (door dash) as I always order to go, so I can’t speak for what kind of experience you’d have in store. But all I can say about having food delivered – if you want your order screwed up, order from here. I think out of the 30 times I’ve ordered delivery, they had the order right once. Yep, you read that right, once. I’ve ordered just cookies, should be a simple order, and I was shorted a cookie. I love the Mediterranean chicken salad so I frequently order that, but one time I received a salad with no chicken in it! I don’t know if this store needs new management or what but I wouldn’t expect great things if you order from here.

I have to say my usual orders have been showing up correctly more often then not now. Still a few small things, like not getting the extra container of dressing or extra size of cheese you paid for, but overall much better lately. Thank you Noodles and Company!

Pleasantly surprised for a Noodles & Company!Lately all of their locations have gone down hill but the food at this location was wonderful. The Chicken Veracruz Salad was deliciously fresh and vibrant which I didn’t expect for a chain that specializes in noodles! The only thing we did notice is staff were not keeping up with dirty tables and the dining area gave off an uncleanly vibe with very little places to sit and piles of dishes left in the dish buckets upon exit. Other than that, I’d visit again!

Good food, slow service. I go here a lot and am never disappointed with the quality of the food. My favorite things to get are the med salad, Japanese pan noodles, and zuchinni shrimp scampi. The shrimp is always really good! I just wish the service was faster. When I order food, it is cold by the time I arrive for pickup. When I order in store, it takes up to 20 minutes to receive my order.

I am a regular customer at noodles and company. I usually go to the east location, but yesterday I went to the sun Praire to get pesto cavatapi. It’s really disappointing with the amount of food in there. I went back to tell where the manager I think it was said that’s how they use it by measuring it. I didn’t argue further but went to east location to buy another one since it was barely enough pasta in it. There was a big difference between other location pasta quantity and their.
I did the catering order with sun Praire location last month. It was quite disappointing experience too with the taste. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
