I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! Daniela made my drink perfectly – it was absolutely delicious and exactly how I like it. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she really cares about giving customers a great experience. This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited! The reviews do not do this place justice. The manager Kevin and his team are so welcoming , friendly and passionate. They made me feel welcomed. I recently visited the new Starbucks store, and I had an outstanding experience! I tried the iced white mocha, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and refreshing. The store itself was impressively clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or work. I must give a special shoutout to Mia, the barista, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Wanted to try a new starbucks location yesterday and absolutely loved this location. I will be returning here. When I had a few questions about the limited edition merch the shift manager came and answered all of my questions. She was so polite and patient with me. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me out. I don’t remember her name but she is a beautiful person inside and out. We need more people like her in the service industry.

I have went here 4 times since they opened and each time it was a waste of money. Being I live in Lake Wales I was so excited when this location opened, to take my daily drive to the Winter Haven location off my routine. After the first 2 times my iced coffee was made horrible, I said well I will give them time the baristas are still learning. So I gave it a little then came back but 3rd and 4th time, still no change. I’ve used the drive thru once and walked in 3 times. I watched one of the girls making my drinks this last time and she seemed to be struggling tremendously. She was getting other orders incorrect too. This 4th time I ordered several drinks which two were flavored iced coffees and sweet tea was added instead of coffee. I received a refund and the woman who handled the register, for the refund was absolutely wonderful. It’s a mix of staff and a mix of attitudes, some very sweet then others treat you like you’re an inconvenience to their day, no matter how nice you are. So I will be back to Winter Haven Starbucks.

Opted to go inside to quicker pick up or hopped for it and 20 mins for a coffee. Don’t tell you if it’ll be long. I get it but really shouldn’t be that long for a coffee.

Last visit to this location was two weeks ago. I figured I try it again maybe and hope for better service. Did drive through this time and got my drinks at a good time but I do not know what is up with this location. My Ice Brown Oat Milk Shaken Espresso was made wrong. Tastes like it has hazelnut coffee with it. I am not sure if the staff is moving to fast to fill orders or they are simply not washing equipment between orders. This isn’t the first time a drink was made wrong at this location. So I do not think I will return. Not mad just highly disappointed. Staff needs to ensure food safety practices are being used. Managers need to be more engaged and ensure staff is doing what needs to be done.
Also to top it off the person or automated system that gives feedback seems like an it’s not a “person”. The link they provide for feedback DOES NOT WORK. If you are going to give a link ensure that the embedded hyperlink actually works. Mobile users are not able to access it.
Overall for the price of the drinks and food you would think more attention would be given to customer’s orders are accurate bottom line.

Took my daughter to get a coffee on the way to work, she had to repeat her order for a single venti frap three times because the girl with the headset was so enthralled with the conversation she was having with her coworkers, that taking an order seemed to be of very little concern. Once she finally got it and told us to pull around, she didn’t look out the window or say anything, just put her arm out holding a handheld POS terminal and continued her very loud conversation with two other women inside as they laughed and carried on. True to form at this point, she handed us the coffee without saying a word and closed the window.
