Me and my husband ordered 2 pizzas tonight and they both were supposed to have the same crust and one of them had flat crust and no sauce when we asked for extra sauce and we ordered extra cheese and they didn’t even give us that they are so greedy with the food lately I don’t know who the manager is but do better at managing your store employees this pizza is so nasty I noticed it’s only good when the young blonde is there why is that ?

Usually I’m not one to complain. But this is the second time I’ve presented wings and they had little to no buffalo sauce. For how expensive wings are I would atleast expect them to have more than just a drizzle of sauce.

This dominos has roaches in their makeline where they keep the food. They’ve also had rats in the passed. This place is not clean and I wouldn’t recommend anyone eats here. They also just let the pizza screens fall on the floor and reuse them without cleaning them.

Please give your waiting area attention. This is a reflection of poor management and lacks side work of your staff. Order magic erasers and clean your lobby and get glass windows for pizza viewing. And your staff needs to wdta gloves or wash hands after handling cash. You need a team meeting

Ordered a deluxe pizza for delivery and what I got was disappointing. I always order a deluxe so you can imagine the disbelief when I opened the box. It’s a shame that their quality check would allow this pie to be delivered. Toppings were burnt, barely any cheese and it looked like it was sitting for a while which explains why it was warm and not hot like it’s supposed to. Drove up to the store to speak to manager where he refused to make it right. Said pizza was fine to him and that they were understaffed and drivers had to do 3-4 deliveries at a time…again explains why my pie was just warm. Refused to give me his name and said he was a shift manager. Worst customer service as a “manager”. Manager could’ve cared less to make it right by customer. 4/18/23 store #5061

Everything is …ok. except the wings. And their cooked great…but..the size. One step above pigeon or Cornish hen.

Burnt pizza, and had to call the store for them to bring my pizza. We use the app and checked in when we arrived and the app says your pizza will be brought out to your car within 2 minutes. We’ll I waited an additional 5 minutes because they looked busy, but then I could see no one in line waiting and ended up having to call. Yes I could have gotten out but had 2 toddlers in the car. We do love the car side service and use it frequently but don’t enjoy the burnt pizzas.
