Big fan of dominos, but tonight as I bit into the fifth slice of pizza during movie night with girlfriend there was a long piece of hair that doesn’t match the color or length of either of us in the peppers. We immediately lost appetite and called. Due to company policy, we weren’t refunded or had the pie replaced. Bit of a bummer and grossed out in general.

Rude Wrong and Disrespectful! The lady manager on Saturday night (Valentines Day) had an attitude from the start. First of all my pizza was the wrong size and I ordered online and there was supposed to be a plain half but it was on entire pizza. Instead of remaking it and using size I asked for she said they were going to charge because they only got the size wrong. Before that the worker didnt know how to open the register to get my change so she came from the back to finally do her job. We traded insults after I told her the problem smh. Also they forgot my garden salad which I had to remind them. And I get home and its a Ceasar salad smh! I had to pick the mushrooms off one side of the pizza because I refuse to pay extra because one of your workers made a mistake. She needs some more training on customer service and definitely shouldn’t be in charge. 1

Completely wrong pizza was delivered, so I called and told them. I was told no problem I will have my correct pie 30 minutes. 1 hour later and three hang ups still no pizza. Finally Akil (a manager) answers. Completely rude refused to give his name had to call back again to get it from the main supervisor. No pizza 2 hour and 30 minutes later. Was told he could not refund me!!!! Finally when I spoke to someone else on the phone they refunded me.

The pizza is actually good and the chocolate volcano cakes were fantastic!
I had and philly cheese steak and sepreme pizza, it was a lot of topping amd the balance was good. I used the online app. and it was straight and easy to navigate. The delivery tracking is fun to watch.
I am just surprised how cold my pizza got when I recieved it in 15 minutes, I thought it would be a bit warmer, but I had,to reheat everything. No complaints though.
