I really wish I would’ve read the reviews on this before experiencing its bad service in person. Not once, but twice did they mess up my meal I ordered. I just wanted a personal pan with Italian sausage and jalapeno. The young lady was talking rudely in the back about having to remake the order like it’s my fault and they refused to make the situation better by only giving me a personal pan with no wings or anything complimentary.

My 3 topping pizza ( Italian sausage,ham and green bell peppers) was missing the green bell peppers and my pizza was not sliced up for me. I took my pizza because I did not want to wait for another one. I had to ask the manager for my messed up pizza and he in turn asked his worker “why don’t you give him his pizza?”. She responded “Is he still here?”. I paid for my pizza online and won’t be going back here. The sausage was hard also. I also wasn’t given a price adjustment.

Somehow at this location it takes almost 2 hours to your order. I placed an order at 5:15 pm and didn’t receive my food until 6:50. We were told multiple times our order didn’t exist despite my confirmation email (showing this location and the order #). The manager is non-existent so you can’t get a refund, and the only thing they can offer is a coupon (not for a free item, but for a dollar off a large pizza). It’s honestly not worth getting it from here, even if you do live across the street like we do. We won’t be returning to this location, or possibly any Pizza Hut in the future. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered on the app at 12:30. It Said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I arrived 15 minutes late around 1pm, so well after the lunch rush. No one was in there waiting and I was the only order on the board.

It said my order was ready at 12:53. When I told them I was here for the pickup under my name they said that it would be around 10-12 minutes. They hadn’t even started the order. I didn’t get my pizza till 1:17. Unacceptable.

First of all, when I called for my online order, the lady answered the phone with a attitude and assumed I was ready to complain about my order. TELLING. Then hung up the phone as if I’m not a customer ready to come in and pay. Then when I get there, they were too busy laughing in the back with eachother to hear the service bell being rung, while I’m sitting, looking at the screen tell me my order is ready. Work on yall’s service. & When I called ahead, I asked my pizza to be made well done. This pizza dough is damn near raw. Glad I didn’t tip ahead of time.
Got home & just realized they got my pizza wrong. Yall not worried about nothing but yalls conversation.

Food is OK, service is terrible. I stood at the counter waiting for my order, that was ready, but no one could stay focused long enough to find it (or they can’t read). I almost hopped over the counter to start reading off order names myself, I would have gotten my order 15 minutes faster if I had. One employee walked in from outside, only to take a smoke break 3 minutes later, while the lobby continued to fill with people. You’re better off driving to another location or plan to wait an additional 30 minutes for cold food.

What sets this pizza hut miles above the rest is the people that man the area. The food. I know what to expect it’s a pizza hut not fine dining. The atmosphere I’m in for a few minutes and whenever there is a line or a wait the staff make you feel like you are seen and understood that you’re frustrated. They do so much with the little space. Especially Brenda and Katie. Both deserve accolades and deserve raises for their outstanding customer service. I rarely feel as welcomed as I do here at any restaurant

I have been living downtown for years. For a while, the service and reliability on delivery was questionable the first few years. After complaining a few times I feel like the service got better and I feel like they brought general management in to clean some things up. Lately I thought things had been OK but tonight my order that I placed online through the app was abruptly canceled without any notification. When I called back, I couldn’t reach the store for 30 minutes. And when I did reach the store, they told me that the reason they canceled my order was because they couldn’t make any pan pizzas. I would’ve gladly changed the style of pizza I ordered to something different to accommodate my order so that way I could still have food. And rather than them notifying me or working with me on changing my order, they said they could not complete any orders since they were closing in 20 minutes, when my order was left at 7:10, and ultimately hung up on me before we could finish a conversation.

2nd week in a row that I’ve ordered from this pizza hut. Last week the order was an hour late, cold and the dough was tough. I received store credit for the order and wrote it off as a bad week. Called today to use the store credit. I ordered for a 330 delivery this order was placed at 1pm. At 4 I called due to the fact that it hadn’t been delivered. They said they were refiring it. At 530 my husband called. They REORDERED IT AGAIN at 6pm but this time for pick up. My husband went to get it. They kept him waiting for over an hour. As it stands our pizza wasn’t in our hands until 3 and half hours after our original delivery time. This is ridiculous
