Maybe 50% of the time the order comes out correct.

Their baristas are not very consistent and I get the same thing every visit. From the last 5 times I’ve come, 3 of those times, the cups are light so I check it out. They top it with 1.5-2 inches of foam. This is where it was at without the foam and never have this happen at any other location but this location. Super disappointing, especially since I visit this area often and the location is mostly convenient.

It’s a bit tricky pulling into their location but I am determined for my coffee! So this does not deter me. Also the kind staffakea it worth it.
They don’t have any dairy free options for food for my daughter, so that’s an idea for Caribou! She would love to eat some of the food at Caribou.

I have never received such poor service. I ordered a breve. When the associate handed it to me the cup weighed almost nothing. I then said, “Excuse me, there’s almost nothing in this cup”. The girl who made it took it back and said, “Ill add some and if it’s still not good, Ill make you a new one”. Moments later, she handed it to me again. I grabbed the cup and again, it was almost empty. I said, it’s still almost empty. Another associate comes over and says “so that’s what a breve is”. I said “I’m well-aware of what a breve is, I’ve been ordering them for 30 years”. She argued with me. For more reference, I asked the customers next to me to hold it to see what they thought. They both agreed and said that they too got the same argument from this associate on a previous trip.
I then told the associate who rudely insulted me I wanted a refund. When I simply communicated frustration- no voice raising, no aggression, she tried the whole “you’ve had an attitude this whole time “, when it was her that did. I said, I had pleasant interactions with others and that it was simply untrue. I am disgusted that she would treat me (and others) this way.
This associate needs a major coaching or in my opinion- to lose her job. She has zero customer service skills and a nasty, attitude. Would give a zero if it were an option.

Totally unorganized. Waited 15 min. Finally asked about our order…they lost it and we’re already many orders past ours. The first “barista” we asked snapped “I have no clue where your order is”. The second barista looked up our order and realized it had been falsely fulfilled, and had to make it for us. We were rushing through to an appointment. We asked for a coupon or something to compensate us for the experience, and got a sneer in return. I fully regret tipping when paying. Tipping should only be expected after service is given.

This specific location is absolutely awful.. My drink and food was poor quality, I received nothing but disrespect and attitude from the employees. I strongly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.

The best coffee shop in Minnesota! And, that’s an XL cold brew iced vanilla latte, for $6.99!!!! Caffeine for HOURS! The Perks card has lots of nice perks, the baristas are always so positive and happy! I do love my Caribou…..

Coffee is ALWAYS delicious! Service is always excellent. My only complaint is that the parking lots are really small, and Caribou is almost always busy. We were able to find parking and also space to sit down and enjoy our beverages. They also now offer breakfast sandwiches, which I usually get when I’m downtown. I like all of them, but my favorite is the chicken apple sausage; a hint of sweetness in the sausage–yum!
