I ordered 3 pizzas last night stuffed crust with pepperoni and bacon my wife order was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza and instead of that she got a cheese pizza well along that my stuffed crust had the wrong crust and had so much garlic taste and they gave me the wrong damn order the coworker was more worried about talking to his friend and paying attention to him then our order so I will not be coming back to this place for a while cause the coworker needs to be retrained or pay more attention to the damn order. So you guys need to do better and as of right now you just lost a good customer period.

Would not answer the phone delivered undercooked pizza and with no sauce on it as well. People like sauce on their pizza!! I’d have just ordered cheese sticks. Very disappointed. One for the food service two for service because customers should be able to reach the store with out hrs of hold time or no answer at all in my case called numerous times got. No answer. Even the meat on their pizza looked undercooked and tasters as such after bitting into it and realizing the huge taste turn off due to undercooking

VERY DISAPPOINTED! MY FAMILY WAS PASSING THROUGH SO I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND MADE THE SELECTION THAT I WANTED TO PICK UP IN THE DRIVE THRU. SO WE GET THERE THE RUDE CASHIER HAD US SIT FOR ABOUT 10 MINS AT THE WINDOW JUST FOR HIM TO SAY I HAD TO COME INSIDE TO GET IT WHEN ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS HAND IT THROUGH THE WINDOW! SO THEN I HAD TO FIND A PARKING SPOT WALK INTO THE STORE AND TRY TO GET MY PIZZA OUT OF THE BOX WITH A CODE ALL FOR IT NOT TO WORK SO THE CASHIER STILL HAD TO GET THE PIZZA OUT OF THE BOX AND GIVE IT TO ME WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE THE FIRST TIME TO SAVE US BOTH THE TROUBLE! THEN I GET THE PIZZA AND OPEN IT AND THERE WAS MISSING CHEESE EVERYWHERE WHEN THE ONLY TOPPING WAS SUPPOSE TO BE EXTRA CHEESE AND I PAID FOR EXTRA! SO I TOLD THE CASHIER AND HE WAS LIKE WELL I DIDN’T MAKE IT AND YOU NEED TO TALK TO ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK. SO EVENTUALLY ONE OF THE PEOPLE FROM THE BACK COMES TO THE FRONT AND I EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I ORDERED A CHEESE PIZZA WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND THIS WASN’T IT SO SHE SAID IT’LL BE ABOUT 20 MINS BEFORE SHE COULD MAKE A NEW ONE. SO MY FAMILY HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES FOR A EXTRA CHEESE PIZZA THAT EVENTUALLY CAME OUT STILL LOOKING LIKE A REGULAR CHEESE PIZZA! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF, THE FOOD AND THIS ENTIRE ORDEAL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE TIME TO WASTE!

Luke the General Manager @Opelika Little Caesar’s has a very nonchalant attitude & personality that’s not for fast food , I simply explained to Luke that no bacon was added on my food & simply gave an nonchalant answer about portions , Yes I understand but when you barley put any meat on my bread & i’m paying for it is insane . Explained to him that this has happen before & he didn’t show any mercy , WHAT is he a manager for if he can show the nonchalant attitude but if i made a scene it wouldn’t be a different story . SAD excuse as a manager ! A small situation that could have been fixed tuh !

Ordered the Ultimate pizza.Come out hot and made to order. I did some looking into pizza making area and found that the pizza maker wasn’t wearing gloves and did not observe a hair net.. Got pizza and ordered a 2 liter Pepsi. I ask for cups and was told they have none. So I asked for plates and again non, got no napkins either. First place I have ever got take out food and no eating forks,plates etc.. Won’t be back .

I tried posting a Google review for this store on January 21, 2022 with no success. I posted on Facebook successfully. My Facebook review on 1/22/22 –> This is honestly the worst Little Caesars ever. The first time I left a review, I got a call back from the manager, Cameron, who also goes by Blake. I mentioned that my 16 year old daughter could do a better job and he asked if she could come fill out an application. She got a job there but I made her quit a couple months later. She is such a hard worker and he took advantage of that. Every time I turned around, he was calling her in. Blake is highly inappropriate with the females that work there and it’s no point in reporting it to the district manager because it’s his brother. I’ve been in the store since I made her quit her job and you could hear him yelling at the employees in front of the customers. Last night, I ordered two classics. One of them is sitting in the trash. I grabbed a slice, handed it to 1 of my 6 kids, grabbed the second slice and I noticed a hair. I had to pull up 3 slices to find the end of the hair. Truly disgusting! I said the last time that I wouldn’t eat there again but I wanted to give them another chance. I won’t do it again and I would NEVER recommend allowing your teens to work there. This store desperately needs better management! Will that happen? Probably not! Not unless they hire a new district manager!
I vow to make sure everyone knows what a horrible location this is. I think the Valley store is the same district manager but the management in-store is clearly better! They have teens who work there that do 100 times better than the Opelika store. Is that the teens problem? No. It’s the management. Teens will do what you allow them to do. The Auburn location is great too. Their wait times aren’t desirable but their pizza is good, hairless and hot! Do yourself a favor and travel for your pizza!
