Had a wonderful “out of the blue” dinner at Tallo. We arrived early for our 8:45 PM reservation and were happy to find open seating at the bar by 7:30 PM.
The food was impressive across the board. The pig wings were a great starter—very meaty and filling. For the main course, the Chimi Burger is a standout (the ground churrasco gives it amazing flavor), and the grilled octopus was incredibly fresh and tasty. We also ordered the arroz mamposteado on the side, which was delicious and very generous in portion.
Ended the night with the rum cake and added a scoop of ice cream—highly recommend that combo! Overall, a great spot with excellent flavors. We shall return!

Let me start by saying what a wonderful experience we had! Jocelyn our server was so attentive and gave great suggestions for our first time there. The fish of the day was absolutely marvelous!! The Calamari was cooked to perfection, and the bread basically melted in your mouth! I love the show put on for my drink selection of the Old Fashion that I chose. The ambient lighting was calming and the decor was 5 star. Elsie the manager took the time to stop by our table and tell us some insightful information about the owners and their vision. I believe that Tallo will be a great addition and hidden treasure to the Wesley Chapel area!!

We really enjoyed our experience at Tallo! Our waitress, Joselyn, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and truly made the night special.
We started with the pig wings—sooo good and full of flavor. For our mains, we ordered the charred octopus and the seafood risotto. The octopus was outstanding—perfectly charred, incredibly tender, and almost pork-like in texture. The seafood risotto was both beautiful and delicious. It was slightly salty, but I love salt, so it was perfect for me!
For dessert, we had the rum cake—OMG, soooo good and an absolute must. Don’t forget to try a cocktail—the strawberry cucumber smash was refreshing and delicious.
We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food, beautiful décor, and a great overall vibe. We came for brunch and tried several starters—every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. You can truly tell the chef is passionate about his work.

My wife and I recently visited this restaurant. It’s a nice atmosphere with fine dining vibes. Service was great! Food was amazing! Great Steak and mashed potatoes. Seafood Risotto was amazing as well! We had the passion fruit monitor, and the Island Old Fashion. I highly recommend this spot for a date night!

This place was absolutely delicious and fast. The service was on point. I felt like we got all the food very quickly. I swapped out the sausage for steak and paid the difference. The drinks didn’t seem great but after 5 mins of having one Margarita I felt good. Definitely recommend this to all. Go from 4-8pm to save on drinks. Great place and will come back again!

This beautiful restaurant in Avalon Park offers a menu with a little something for everyone. The staff is warm and welcoming. Out waitress, Nicole, was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional. The food was very good overall. The butternut soup and the pig wings were delicious and perfectly cooked. The churrasco was decent, though a bit lacking in flavor, but the arroz mamposteao we ordered on the side was absolutely amazing. The flatbread was a bit soggy, so I probably wouldn’t order it again. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back to try more of their dishes.

First the positives: Restaurant and ambiance are absolutely beautiful. The decor is very upscale and everything was clean.
Flavors are incredible!
Areas of improvement:
Appetizer bread was served on a skillet type of plate but it wasn’t warm. They might as well just place it on the plate to not give the wrong idea that is freshly baked warm bread.
We ordered medium steak and we got medium rare. Even after my husband had already touched it they took it back and cooked it some more (we were brought back the same piece of meat). The rice was salty and the kids pizza (cheese flatbread) doesn’t come with pepperoni (we were charged $8 extra to add pepperoni to it). Overall our appetizers and entrees were served at room to cold temperature. The only meal that came out nice and hot was the cheese/pepperoni flatbread that came out first. We were a large group so maybe that caused this because they did bring all the adult entrees at the same time.
Customer Service needs some work, while our server was friendly; we had to ask for refills more than once and when the steak came out without the chimichurri we had to ask for it twice. The attention to detail wasn’t really there for the type of upscale restaurant they are trying to portray. When compared to other restaurants around the same price range this one definitely has room for improvement.
The best thing we had was the guava chicken skewers and the risotto was perfecly cooked which showcases the chef’s expertise. If they work on the overall service and make sure food comes out nice and hot the experience would be so much better. All desserts were wonderful so another thing we truly enjoyed.

Tallo Restaurant and Barwas an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. Every dish we tried was outstanding, starting with a perfectly cooked filet paired with flavorful roasted potatoes. The lobster ravioli was rich and satisfying, and the salmon was fresh, tender, and beautifully prepared. To top it all off, the bread pudding was the perfect ending—warm, indulgent, and memorable. If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and equally great service, Tallo is definitely worth a visit.

This was very nice place u for brunch. Nice atmosphere and good selection of food. People were nice..we were able to walk in on a Sunday for brunch and sat at the more no wait..they do take reservations if needed. 2 people 2 drinks each.2 full entress and a dessert under $100. Definitely will be going agin
