11:40 pm — 1/26/25. I ordered a pick up order at this subway, 2586 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, 37863 and tipped $4 to insure proper service. It won’t let me add any photos to show the carelessness of this order. My boyfriend got a chicken bacon ranch bowl, and it was frozen at the bottom and the bacon was RAW, NOT HEATED and placed on top, not even cut up and cooked like it shows in the original subway photos. Chicken was cold. I paid extra for guacamole on his bowl, and it was placed in a cup — which would have been fine if it wasn’t half way FROZEN as well. It is absurd that someone could just carelessly make someone else’s food like this, especially a customer leaving a generous tip. I work in customer service and know how much tips help us. I am grateful to get any tip even if it is split between employees! I give great service regardless of whether there is a tip or not. I paid for 50% more meat and only got 1 row of each meat like you would on a regular sandwich, I paid for guacamole and didn’t receive any on the sandwich. I asked for more of every topping that I chose and just got a tiny amount of each topping. For instance, I clicked more banana peppers and they gave me THREE banana peppers and they were only on one side of the sandwich. They only gave me 4 slices of cucumbers, 5 minuscule slices of onions. It is extremely frustrating to pay extra for add-ons and tipping, only to receive food that was clearly prepared carelessly and incorrectly. If I could take back my tip I would. On top of this, when I went to pick up my order I asked if they had any broccoli cheddar soup. The guy told me no, they are out. I said aw man, that’s okay. Do you have any other soup? He told me they’re out of ALL the soup. I believed him, but once I saw our food — for someone to be so careless with our food, I can only assume he was lying. I guess that’s okay, it probably would’ve been frozen anyways. The Wears Valley Subway has been much better from my experience.

I paid $44 on an online order from THIS subway TONIGHT 4/3/2024 around midnight and my boyfriend waited 40 mins for them to be done, when my boyfriend went in he saw the guy rushing through making the sandwiches, he figured he was just trying to get us our food faster and he went to the gas station next door to buy a few drinks. Come home, open the sandwiches to find out the dude mixed all of the condiments and toppings up. He legitimately had to have not even READ which sandwich gets what toppings to have messed up this royally. I ordered two different sandwiches, one a chicken bacon ranch and the other a BMT with added toppings. He put the toppings and cheese (ALLERGIC TO CHEESE which is why it wasn’t supposed to be on my sandwich.) from the Chicken bacon ranch on my sandwich, NO mustard that I had asked for on my sandwich, put mustard on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and NO RANCH?!? and he put ranch on my sandwich I am ALLERGIC TO RANCH also. I work in the service industry, it is NOT THAT HARD TO HAVE SOME DECENCY AND PUT CARE INTO PEOPLES ORDERS WHO ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY ON FOOD???? Set a terrible mood for our night. For someone to be so careless when preparing food, what else are they careless with? Probably careless when it comes to being sanitary too. No appetite for me after this. As for the dude working tonight, do better and put some care into peoples orders. I make sure to put care into peoples orders whether I’ve had a bad day, whether there’s a line or not, no matter what. The service industry in Tennessee is obviously lacking when it comes to customer service.

I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE BEFORE GOING!!!! 1 st off i had placed 1 order and after it submitted, i then decided i wanted subway also.So i placed another order it said it would be ready at 5:45 PM i got there about 5:25 ish wasn’t busy at all 1 guy out front and another guy propped on the register on his phone. I said i have 2 separate orders but i knew it would be a few minutes , since i had placed the 2 nd order 5-10 minutes before arriving. There was a language barrier bc he couldn’t understand me and vise versa. He says only 1 order i said no i placed a 2 nd 1. He kept saying wasn’t showing in the system so i showed him on my phone it was placed, confirmed and paid for already. After a few minutes he said well its not to be ready until 5:45. I said yes, I’m early ,but is there anyway since you are dead at the moment to go ahead and make it. His response was No then something about the manager i said welp i guess I’m waiting then.(Which i wasn’t happy about) for the sole reason the guy was just propped up in his counter playing on his phone. Then walks back and forth to the back . So now we are down to about 5:38,(mind you my food was to be ready by 5:45) in walks a family or 2 about 8-10 people. Only 1 guy still standing there. He DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AT ALL THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THERE FROM BEING ON HIS PHONE TOUCHING HIS FACE AND LIPS ETC proceeds to ask the 1 st young guy What you want? The guy said im still thinking just a moment, well the worker basically rushed the young guy by saying what you want. So after hes already pulled out like 3 of the sandwich papers with dirty hands, then he finally puts clean gloves on dirty hands and proceeds to make the boys sandwich. So I explained to the lady with the young guy about him not washing his hands Anyways the 2 nd guy comes in from over outta the store he washed his hands then the 2 workers spoke in spanish or something anyways the 2 nd guy pulls out his phone back and forth then touching his face trying to explain something about systems been messing up all day for online orders that its not their fault or mine but then he said something about the manager only makes so much bread in the mornings so i said if you are out of wheat i would take white and if that was the case the other guy could’ve told me that and again slight language barrier he said no that was not it, but if i wanted to cancel my online order then we could just start my order. I said i cant cancel my sent confirmed and paid for order. So then he said just tell me what you want. I asked him to please wash his hands he said i did plus change my gloves numerous times a day . Yes he did wash his hands when he came over there but then again he also was on and off his phone and messing with his lips he put gloves on ( i was done with the whole experience by this time) So i started telling him subway club on wheat he kept telling me the subway club had bacon on it. I said no it has roast beef after a couple times then he said yes ok. So as he was making my sandwich there was another lady in front of me who had asked the guy making her sandwich to please clean the knife he just used before using the knife on her sandwich, after she had to keep asking him to do that bc shes highly allergic to something that he just used knife on prior the guy making my sandwich had to tell him a few times before he would finally do what the lady had asked him to do. People need to listen to customers especially in cases like this, that could’ve hurt her really bad or even worse. So then guy was done with my sandwich and was fixing to wrap it up without cutting mine so i asked would he please cut mine. He said yes no problem WELL he did, but paper and all.Now onto my husbands steak and cheese. I put in the comments to please heat the steak before putting it onto the bread. Nope cold ask crap. He does not like his bread toasted and theres not a option to heat not toast. So i always put it into the comments.

I was there on Christmas Day 12/25/2025. The manager was publicly humiliating her 2 latino employees. So in a way that the customers tried to explain to her that what she was doing was wrong she proceeded to ignore everyone. As costumers we all felt really uncomfortable. The employees just stood there and looked so ashamed. It was Christmas Day and the store was full, they were doing their best. She keeps screaming and telling them that they didn’t knew what they were doing, but not once said anything to her white employee, darn she even was laughing with her about how she treated them in front of everyone. That’s not a manager! I would never go back as long as she is there. About 5 costumers had to go to make her stop humiliating them. She just left and hide in the back while the 2 employees with watery eyes just kept going.

The bread was fresh and the sandwich was good. My major complaint is whoever is running this store needs a serious evaluation. I’m talking to the boss now. Never ever have just one employee working by himself. You lost money tonight. People were leaving because you had only one employee working. When people have to wait a long time for a sandwich to be made, they just upped and walked out the door. Your employee was doing the best he could. This is on the boss.

First the Subway store looked closed and the young man came out the door cleaning the window. I blowed the horn asking if they were open because I had my granddaughter in her car seat and didn’t want to get her out if they had already closed. He said they were open like I was stupid but the next guy that came in asked the same question. Are you open? I think I made him mad because even though I apologized to him and paid for the 6 inch steak and cheese with my credit card on Saturday night January 3rd around 9:30. The total was $8.05. When I checked my bill online today the jerk charged me $18.05!!!! I did not authorize this and because it is pending I can’t dispute it yet nor can I reach the Subway by email or AI. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE ON MY CARD!!!!! The store is the one located at WynnsMountain Village in Pigeon Forge, Tn next to McDonald’s. If you pay with a credit card here to a tall, sandy haired young man you better watch him or best pay with cash!!!!

I waited for 45 minutes after asking if the store had tuna. When it was my turn, they had already sold out. They didn’t have any from the beginning. I strongly advise against visiting this branch. It’s not recommended at all.

My son and I visited this subway on Sunday October 12 around 10 pm. They were very busy with little help. Took about 49 minutes to get our sandwiches. When we paid it added a tip in to the receipt. We were not tipping cause of the long wait. Cindy was very rude and said she couldn’t reverse the charge. We were told to call the manager on Monday, we did several times left messages never received the courtesy of a call back. Stay away drive a little farther for better service.

Very very pissed at how the 2 lady’s working tonight made our sandwiches. First one can’t hear worth a crap and decided what cheese my husband wanted FOR HIM without even asking. THEN apparently extra means less than normal. Not to mention the fact she skipped the dressing he wanted and didn’t care to fix it. As we were going to leave one of them decided to lay overtop of the meat and play on her phone, how unsanitary we will NOT be coming back here, which sucks because we live here. We are NOT tourists. I will say the man that works here, is AMAZING, always listens and actually gives extra when asked. These ladies however need to be retrained !!!!

I visited this restaurant 4 days ago while on vacation. It was after 12 am. There were two sandwich artists there. One with curly black neck length hair and one with short hair. The short hair guy was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to my cousin and I as we were attempting to tell him our “separate” orders. I asked the brown hair man for lighter baked bread. He said sarcastically. “The bread isn’t burnt.” He didn’t even look twice at it to see if it was to my liking. Then he continued to put chicken on my sandwich instead of the tuna that I requested. He got upset when my cousin told him it was wrong. He sped through, making my sandwich as if he didn’t want to listen to which vegetables and sauces I wanted. My cousin wanted extra meat on her sub. He sharply said, “You know that will be extra.” My cousin told him of course she knew. Then my cousin said to him, “You sped through making my sandwich so fast to where I couldn’t tell you what I wanted” he said sharply” I’m fast because it’s been busy and I’ve had to make over 500 subs today.” As he was ringing me up, she told him that we were paying separately, so he rudely handed her a bag to bag up her own food. As he was handing her the bag, he said to her sarcastically again, “I hope this is the best sandwich you’ll ever have.” Then he smirked. I work for the public. No matter how many customers I have during my shift. I always smile, welcome the customer, and I am always kind and helpful. We came in friendly without hostility towards anyone in the restaurant. I even allowed a customer to go ahead of me in line because he had just got off work and was riding a bike home. My cousin was so turned off by the guys sandwich that she didn’t even eat her sub. She put money in the tip jar because she refuses not to tip anyone serving her in any restaurant. It was so awkward that once I paid, I left her in Subway and stood outside in the dark to wait on her to come out.
