Ordered the large spare ribs for takeout and they were absolutely awful. Ribs were completely burnt and dry. Threw away my dinner because it was inedible. Not the first time this happened when ordering their spareribs so it will be my last. Total waste of money.

They got my order all wrong.
Put in their own charges.

Wind up paying $60.
They charge me for.
Dunk sauce.
And Hot mustard.
Put in their own delivery charge.
When I call to complain cause my order was all wrong?
Do you say there’s nothing they can do? Very very bad Christmas.

Growing straight to the garbage.

After Shangri la screwed us on Christmas night by lying and being over 1:30 after scheduled pick up time, China express stepped in and had our food ready in 20 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious. THANK YOU CHINA EXPRESS.

I used to order dinner from this restaurant at least twice a month. Food and value used to be good until about six months ago. All of a sudden, the chicken they used in their dishes had a strange sandy texture and was consistently undercooked. I stopped ordering food from this restaurant since then.

Great price. One meal will easily feed 2 adults. The Hunan Chicken was very good. The egg roll was the best we’ve had in many years. Lots of veggies were packed in the combo. Fast service. Place isn’t very clean. Def coming back.
