Great in EVERY aspect! To begin, I had an amazing customer service experience with Jeremy on the phone and in person. Jeremy is the SOLE reason that I will forever be a Next Level VG customer — he’s super knowledgeable about the menu and extremely friendly which is super important to me as I am newly vegan and I kind of need to be walked through everything. I split a “chicken” sandwich with my mom and it was FIRE! 10/10, no notes. I would be in this restaurant every day if I had disposable income. I will rave about this place to everyone I know because even the inside is welcoming.., there is ice cold water to drink while you wait for your food and the interior is bright and clean. Goooo before I eat everything and you don’t get a chance to try the BEST vegan foods ever! Literally, look at my picture you cannot TELL me it doesn’t look legit!

This is my go to when I’m out and about for work. It’s convenient due to location and quick service, tasty, and healthy with plenty of gluten free options, pllus opens until late.. The smoothies are my go to anytime I want something healthy and I’m in a hurry to get somewhere because I can drink them while driving and nothing will be healthier than that.

I used to come here frequently when I worked closer, but it’s totally worth the drive up from the Tech Center to pick up lunch to go. The only down side is that the parking lot is small and tight, but I’ve rarely not been able to get a spot. It is a little pricey – $26 for a burger, fries, and shake -but finding a place with a wide variety of choices and having them all vegan is wonderful.

Went there on 2/2/26. First time here. Got there right when they opened. Small patio. Small parking lot. Staff was very friendly. Tried the Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich, fries and a strawberry shake. They are a vegan restaurant. Everything was very good. Guacamole had a nice kick. Will be back again.

So excited Denver finally has a Next Level Veggie Grill! The food here is delicious whether you’re vegan or not. The Buffalo Bomber is incredible, the Truffle Mac & Cheese is creamy and rich, and the crispy cauliflower is a must. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. I used to eat at Veggie Grill in California, and I’m happy to say this spot lives up to it. Highly recommend!

Update: Sadly, this failed the repeat test. Ghost Peppers burger was bland, cold and poorly made, their housemade quinoa-mushroom patty was soggy and their truffle Mac and cheese was so inedible that we had to return it. Staff didn’t know their own menu items which didn’t help. We may give it a last shot and repeat our first order but maybe not because Illegal Burgers was amazing and never a miss so far

From the moment I saw the restaurant to me now leaving, this was not just a dinner but a true and happy experience. I loved this place!!! Finally, a burger joint for vegans and vegetarians! It was so hard choosing, but I got a burger, fries, and shake and they were all delicious. Service and atmosphere were great too. I will be back!
