We go there because it is top ten Chinese restaurant, BUT , We were so disappointed. Price is way too high, food is too salty, Waitress has no services. This is not a Chinese restaurant, it is American style Chinese restaurant. For a lunch plate, six shrimps, $19. Definitely over charged. Never never ever go there again.

3 stars? Not a chance. This is the best Chinese food we’ve had in Florida. In the land of low quality take out joints this is a rare gem. Yes it’s a little pricey but not crazy. High end old world ambiance and very attentive service. Everything was excellent except for the tasty but too greasy spring rolls. The house wonton soup was excellent with real stock not bright yellow soup base. All excellent were the chicken with cashew nuts, uncle Tai’s crispy orange beef, & the szechaun pork. Fried rice was nice and light, not greasy.

Went to this restaurant on several occasions. The last visit was a particularly bad one. I cannot believe how they manage to pay that high rent in Boca Town Center, considering how bad the food was.The food is absolutely awful. It is very salty and you can tell it has an insane amount of MSG in it. I had the shrimp fried rice. In fact, I even was sick right after I ate it. I would not recommend this restaurant. Go to Rocco’s Tacos instead. The steak is amazing there, LOL!

Acceptable; not amazing. Americanized upscale Chinese with a few less common items to round out the menu. Service was perfectly fine. Rice was excellent (I’m a rice snob); crispy beef was uninspired; tofu vegetable soup had good variety and quality vegetables.

Food allergies? Don’t go. My wife has severe food allergies and requested plain steamed shrimp with garlic on the side. The waitress said they wouldn’t do it. We asked to speak with the owner and he came to the table. Even though the menu clearly says they will accommodate food allergies he flat out refused. “We don’t serve garlic on the side”he said. My wife very calmly explained that she was following her doctors instructions. The owners response to that was, and I’m quoting. “I don’t care what the doctor tells you.”

With that we just left. The restaurant was 3/4’s empty at the height of the tourist season and we know know why. Highly recommend you stay away.

Love coming here. You get a real traditional Chinese vibe. Multiple servers are at your beck and call to make sure you never are without food or drink. Before I can even lift my head the servers are there. The foo is incredible. So many variations of traditional Chinese cuisine. Definitely recommend.

Wednesday, March 11, 2015 had dinner for 3. The spring rolls were overdone, bland and full of oil. Their signature dish was a $48.95 crispy 3 pound Snapper, hunan style, over cooked, crispy and dry inside. Hard to remove the flesh from the bone, we ended up picking at it to find morsels of fish to eat. The sauteed mixed vegetables and tofu was good, but nothing special. There were no specials, just order items off a menu. Boring. The coffee tasted like instant. The water was not filtered and had that unique Boca Raton chlorine taste. I bought my first gourmet restaurant at age 21 about 40 years ago at the center of a large metropolitain city with a population in excess of 5 million. I certainly was not impressed by the service. It was underwhelming. Bill for 3 came to $80.00 without wine, taxes and tip. This restaurant really needs a makeover, a better manager and a new chef.

I can comment on lunch experience up to 3 times. I gave it more than one chance. Food is so salty it is practically inedible. Otherwise bland. They cannot rush you out fast enough for lunch. The service persons were not friendly and were expressionless. Checked up rarely, mostly to deliver your order and your bill, when they started cleaning up the table before you’re ready to depart. Waiter did not offer to place a dessert order. Seemed to cater to “type” — business lunch crowd. Perhaps. Even though I am a professional woman who works in the complex. Once or twice was having lunch with my niece & nephew.

Food overly priced. Food mediocre. Small portion. Not worth it. You’re Fooled into thinking you’re going to be served a delicious Chinese cuisine dishes. And you’ve had better, paying less; with your locals. Absolutely the worse.
