I had a disappointing experience. The cashier was rude and seemed irritated when I politely let them know my order was incorrect. Instead of fixing the mistake professionally, she rolled her eyes and made it feel like I was the problem. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t very tasteful either. Overall, the service and quality were not what I expected, and it made for a frustrating visit.

Really good standard Rumbi food. And the restaurant was clean. Though it was a little strange how much one of the workers kept coming over to our table and cleaning things up as we were just trying to talk ( in a group of about 8 of us). Alsmost felt like she was trying to get us to leave, but we had not been there super long. And the place was mostly empty. So maybe she was just trying to be attentive. Not sure, but it kept messing with our ability to just relax and have a nice conversation over our meal.

At first I was shocked to pay $17 for a drink and a bowl but then I tasted the food and it reminded me of my grandmas house on Saturday afternoons with the family. Crazy how food from a fast food restaurant can take you through time. There was no disgusting fat on the pork like there is with mo bettahs and the rice and Mac salad were definitely a stand out. Thank you to the owners and to the cooks who made this.

Did a take out catering order to take to an office for sales. Omar the manager was amazing. Had the place looking fresh and killed it with my order. I was super impressed you can tell he runs a clean store.

Wow these guys are expensive. Just me for lunch, $27! A bowl, small drink, and small fries. Absurd. I haven’t been in a over a year because last time I order this same meal it was $20 and I thought that was too much. But I had a craving so I went back. The fries I got were in a small bowl and had so few in them it barely covered the bottom of the dish. The steak on my bowl was so dried out it felt like jerky chunks, I couldn’t get my fork in it, had to scoop it. I tried pulling it apart with my fingers to try and break it up, one piece was so hard I could knock on the table with it. I ended up not eating any more of the steak and threw over 90% of it away because it was inedible. It was such a bad meal and so stupidly expensive I am certain I wont ever need to worry about a craving here again.

I got my daughter a teriyaki bowl for 7$ and this is how much protein we got. I asked if I get a few more and they said it was 2 ounces.. don’t pay 7$ for 5 bites of chicken go somewhere else!!

Perla is the best server. It was my first time and she was patient and helped me navigate the menu. She also filled my cup with the mango lemonade in the back after they put it away.
