Wow! What a cozy place! I stumbled upon this restaurant right of the highway and was so pleased with my experience. Fireplace creates a nice ambiance, the music was at appropriate moderate volume, and I was offered assistance by Kristen and Kevin right away. I got new strawberry poppyseed salad and my favorite chicken avocado chipotle sandwich. Everything was delicious and fresh . It was not crowded (maybe because it was between lunch and dinner), overall very relaxing and pleasant vibe. I will definitely be back.

Especially this branch is always maintained very well. It has many options like we can dine indoor/outdoor at the store, rapid pickup (when we order online), drive-thru, order at counter in store, we can even order at kiosk station in store.
Drive-thru we tried only once and we are not super happy with the experience. So we only go with ordering online and Rapid picking of the order and we are very happy with it. While picking up, we have a screen that tells the status of the order like in preparation or ready. We can also check the status of our order in mobile app if we order through app.
Sandwich and soup like combos (pick two) are best.All the bakery items are delicious. Different options of coffees are good.Blueberry muffin is one of our favorites. Mac and cheese is the best. Bagels are fresh.
Tuesday bakers dozen offer for bagels is a pocket friendly option.
Their unlimited coffee subscription really helps if you are a coffee addict and spend more on coffee everyday.
Huge parking lot. They have tesla charging station in the parking lot.

The prices of each item has slowly risen but the quality of the food has gone the other way.
The chicken and rice soup was watery. It was not thick and creamy as it used to be. Perhaps they are now watering down the soups due to inflation costs? Who knows.
The sandwhiches are also smaller and lacked filling.
I will try a different location.

All the hot food is cold. The team is busy cleaning up an hour before they close so everything is out in bags in the kitchen area that has to be a health code violation. Hope their managers see this and addresses the issue. The service and quality of food should be great regardless of when you go there.

1/20/24 update- place got even worse. They never make my sandwich right. First pic there’s almost nothing on one half, 2nd pic you can see no basil which should be on the sandwich and never is, and got charged about $3 for almost no bacon. Final attempt at eating here. Never again. Prices are high enough but when you don’t really get what you pay for, go to another one.

The customer service was amazing here. Tracy, at the North Brunswick Nj on Grabd Ave, was helping my class of adults with special needs and she was so patient and kind. Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Plenty of space to park, seating was spacious and comfortable, and the wait was minimal. I loved the fact that the place was so quiet. We had the maple bacon, egg and cheese breakfast wrap (which was OK, but nothing special), the strawberry and pecan oatmeal (which was really good) and the chipotle chicken and avocado breakfast wrap (which was awesome).
