Great experience, great food, amazing service. Veer was friendly and very helpful. He helped us decide what to eat and as an American who has little experience with Indian food it was greatly appreciated. He showed pictures and gave great descriptions. Fresh quality, bold flavor and the fluffiest breads. Nothing disappointed. 1st and certainly won’t be the last time eating at New Freezeland.

The food quality was good overall. The Paneer Wrap was delicious, though it would be even better if presented as a proper wrap, similar to a burrito . The Indian Masala Fries stood out with excellent flavor. The Junglee Paneer Sandwich was tasty but could have used a bit more spice. The Chinese bhel was also flavorful and enjoyable. For the best experience, I recommend trying Freezeland’s “Specialty” dishes marked with a star on the menu rather than the regular items.

The food was delicious, and the service was quick and very good. Veer, the marketing manager at the front desk, was really helpful and attentive. Food presentation could have been better, but the overall experience was really nice. ✨ Definitely recommended!

Ordered the “Cheesy Indian Masala Fries” and they forgot to add the cheese. We told them, and they proceeded to drizzle COLD dollar store cheese from a squeeze bottle on top of the fries. Absolutely pathetic. The fries were already hot so what they need to do is sprinkle some shredded amul cheese on top. The COLD cheese drizzle ruined it. The BFL grilled sandwich and the paneer tikka sandwich were good. The ambiance in the restaurant sucks. They don’t have any background music playing so it’s quiet and awkward. Especially when it isn’t busy. The young lady working the cash register was on the phone with her AirPods in at the same time while working. She wouldn’t even smile or even pretend she was happy to take our orders. Also, the mango lasse needs to be cheaper than $7 for that small cup.

Clean restaurant with absolutely delicious food and the service was phenomenal. The gentleman at the counter explained the menu in detail and was happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be coming back.

Tried New Freezeland for the first time and everything was so flavorful and fresh! My favorites were the BFL sandwich, pani puri & dahi chutney puri, Chinese bhel, Manchurian, and the creamy Kit Kat shake, all of them were unreal. Everything came loaded with that classic Amul cheese which made it even better.
We also tried the bhakhri pizza, ultimate veggie burger, mix sauce pasta (pink sauce), Amdavadi aloo masala sandwich, Rolijis club sandwich, Indian veg fusion crunchwrap, plus the spicy guava mojito, Shikanji, and the BPK badam pista kesar shake. Everything was delicious, cheesy, and so satisfying.
The service was amazing, and the staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially since they’re even open late during Navratri, perfect for post-Garba cravings!

Tried the dahi papdi chaat, aloo tikki burger, peri peri fries, and chocolate crunchy thick shake.
Dahi papdi chaat was disappointing (5/10) — it felt like simple potato curry on papdi with some sev and curd. The authentic chaat flavor was missing.
Aloo tikki burger was okay (6/10), but the patty was quite burnt which affected the taste.
Peri peri fries were average (5/10), nothing special.
The chocolate crunchy “thick” shake tasted fine, but it wasn’t really thick — more like a regular milkshake (5/10).
Overall, an average experience. Hoping they improve consistency and flavors.

We stopped by this spot looking for Jain food, and were pleasantly surprised by how many options they offered. The atmosphere feels more like a fast-food or quick-service restaurant, so don’t expect fine dining—but it’s clean, casual, and perfect for a quick meal.
The real win here is the flavor and Jain-friendly menu. The three standout items for us were:
Jain Bhel – fresh, crunchy, and perfectly spiced. Had tomatoes, cucumbers, pomegranate, and was refreshing.
Dabeli – warm, sweet-spicy, and packed with flavor and peanuts
Mexican Burger – unique twist with a Jain spin; messy in the best way!
If you follow a Jain diet or want something quick and flavorful without onion or garlic, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Excellent experience overall. Service was awesome. Initially Our Uber Eats order somehow got cancelled due to driver error. We ended up going there to dine in. Aditya at the front desk not only corrected the mistake which wasn’t even their fault but went above and beyond to ensure we have an amazing experience. Very polite folks and their food as well as service was amazing.
