Wow, where do I even begin? This experience was rough from start to finish.

We ordered the 20-piece Garlic Parm wings and were given 18 drums and just 2 flats (supposed to be an even split, or at least close. But that wasn’t even the worst part. None of the wings had any sauce. Dry. Flavorless. Just sad.

Still, we figured mistakes happen, so I called to share my concern, especially since we live 26 minutes away and returning the order in the middle of a rainy day was a major inconvenience. The person who claimed to be the manager got on the line and immediately went into defense mode. She insisted that they “shake the wings in sauce twice,” as if that automatically meant everything was done right.

Not once did she acknowledge the issue.
Not once did she apologize.
Not once did she offer a solution.

I had to ask for a refund, and even then, she sounded more annoyed than apologetic, saying, “I packed it myself,” as if to suggest I was exaggerating. And believe it or not, that wasn’t even the worst part either.

We decided to drive to the corporate (flagship) location in Secaucus, 21 minutes from our home, and the difference was night and day. The service? Incredible. The wings? Next level.
Huge shoutout to Maracca (Rocky), absolutely kind and professional. And Anisa was the cherry on top. Chef’s kiss.

But back to Saddle Brook. When I called again, regarding the refund, Malek (who answered the phone) pretended not to know the manager’s name. She literally put me on a “soft” hold and I could hear her in the background asking the “manager” if it was okay to give out her name. (Spoiler: It was supposedly “Gina,” but who knows at this point.)

All of this would have been ridiculous enough on its own, but here’s the kicker. This was the third time we received subpar wings from this location. This just happened to be the first time we actually spoke up.

Needless to say, we will never return to this location. They desperately need a manager with actual customer service experience and a team that’s been properly vetted and trained. There are plenty of people out there looking for work, hire better.

This was “bottom of the barrel” service. Just like the old, dry wings they handed us… for $30.

This was the worst place to order from. I waited over 2 hours for my order while being ignored multiple times by the staff when trying to ask for an update on my order. The staff was rude and the manager was not able to communicate properly with others waiting. They continued to make the food of Uber/Doordahser who left because they did not communicate wasting so many orders that didn’t go out instead of focusing on the customers waiting inside for over 2 hours. Even when I receive my order they still messed it up and I had to wait another 30 minutes for one item because of the lack of communication. I will never return back to this location under any circumstances

Convenient location for a quick bite. While the food isn’t my favorite it did taste good. They’re a little pricy but have deals almost everyday. I ordered during the buy one get one free and tried 4 flavors of boneless wings. I did like the wet over dry flavors. The onion rings weren’t my favorite but the fries were good, skinny and crunchy. Overall, good bite. The staff is helpful in picking flavors or navigating the menu and there is some seating inside.

Stopped in today for lunch was greeted by a handsome young man name Jordan. Very kind and respectful the promised he would make my wings exactly how I wanted them and he did deliver . The restaurant is clean and quiet . With great employees like Jordan I will definitely be back

I rarely write reviews for places, but this one deserved one. NEVER COME HERE.

We ordered wings from this location, and the other we received was completely different than the one we ordered. Proof is in the picture.

I called the location and the male answering the phone promptly hung up on me when I asked about a refund.

The only thing they got right was the 4 sauces. Never ordering from this place again.

Never go at this place. Drive extra hour if there none other around or just choose to eat something else. White heavy body women behind counter and the African American guy they both are so disrespectful. I rather spend my money in McDonald’s and I will eat better than this BS place. I hope they no more business. The women in there throwing bags at customers like they are doing me favor for taking my money. The quality of the food is worst I ordered 20 wings and it’s not even 20 and all dry no sauce on it. On top of that they are charging $.65 for small ranch. I’m done with this place forever.

Food & Service terrible. Ordered from here multiple times previous years but they’ve fell off COMPLETELY. There’s never more than 2 staff working inside and their customer service is disgusting. Recently ordered 10 piece, hot, all flat, well done for my mom. Wings were definitely not well done, in fact they were very undercooked, almost looking not done at all. They had a bunch of feathers and hairs sticking out of them. Asked for all flats and received maybe 2/10. Wings had absolutely no sauce on them what so ever, maybe about 10% of sauce, they must’ve had a shortage on sauce idk. Overall 0/10, like i said they for surely fell off, the food never used to be like this. The manager doesn’t care, so the employees definitely don’t care. This location needs some work … ALOT

Don’t waste your time and come to this place. You’ll be waiting to get forever and the heavy set white woman. That’s working there. Is the most rudest disrespectfulness. Woman you could ever find what they are now 3 × 4 a DoorDash. Pick up, she treats her customers like garbage until this last time when she told me to never step foot into her place. Because apparently I didn’t do things the way she liked it. InTold her, I do my job right?She should start doing her job writing.Getting things done on time.She couldn’t be anything.Give the woman who paid a $120 worth of food straws.Horrible place.

Ordered delivery from DoorDash. I set up a specific time for my wings to be delivered and they were delivered in a timely manner. The problem came. My wings and fries were ice cold. I wasn’t sure if the wings were cooked and cold from sitting or if they weren’t cooked, I called the restaurant to see if they could tell me if they were cooked or if they could redeliver them or what kind of resolution we could work on in the middle of me explaining what happened. The woman asked me to hold. She thought she placed me on hold and proceeded to tell somebody how annoying I was. I said excuse me did you just say I was annoying and then she hung up on me

I then called back a gentleman answered, and I said can I speak to a manager, and he immediately hung up on me. At this point, I started recording the phone calls. After the fourth call, I Immediately told him the calls were recorded and I needed a manager. He told me he was too busy and hung up.

Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism. With wild wings right up the block it is a no-brainer where my business will go.
