Only take order from UberEats and Doordash because system’s rebooting. During business hours all systems should be going in order to serve hungry customers. They have a nice late night vegan selection but what good is it if the system is rebooting during business hours.

Customer service is terrible! The only reason I continue to go is because it’s close to the house. Other than that….smh! EVERY single time, I get almost the same thing. EVERY single time, I tell them exactly what kind and how many sauces I want. EVERY single time, I get home and have a bag full of sauces (flavor) I didn’t even ask for. I’d be the ONLY person in drive thru….I’d sit and wait for my food, then I’m told to back up from the window. I’m assuming so I wouldn’t have their clock running. Don’t nobody have time to play musical parking spots. Just fix my order so I can go home!!

I’m just trying to gain clarity as to what time does this location close? On the sign it states 2am . This is the second time I’ve arrived between 1:30- 1:40 am and I’m told that they are closed, yet all the employees are sitting out front on the curb or in cars smoking , seemingly having a great time. The one chick comes inside to the window looking buzzed & rudely to asked why I’m still sitting there since they closed, shuts the window as if I’m irrating her because I asked do they always close 20-30 minutes early, if so I don’t have to bother stopping here i can keep it moving and find another late night spot . Please make your hours clear gas to expensive to be making blank trips or find employees willing to work the hours stated on your establishments signage.

They mess up your food 99.9% of the time. The staff have terrible attitudes . I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant. Today, in particular, I ordered a Chipotle Ranch Chicken Grilled Burritto. No tomatoes, no chipotle ranch, no lettuce, and add black beans. Of course, they didn’t make it correctly, so that was a waste of money.

Each time I attempt to order , the night manager lies and say that they are out of product, anything that goes into the fryer is not being sold after 2am because she has to rush home to her kids (Her words when I called) this is outrageous and unprofessional, if you close at 3am , you are expected to leave around 3:30 , stop closing early and stopping sales because your kids are home alone, get a babysitter or find better hours or another job.
