Staff were super nice but the food was not. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and an 8pc tender and my order was $35. Way overpriced.
The sandwich I got was dry and not hot. Fries were definitely hours old. The spicy sauce on it was good but there were only 2 pickles on it. I couldn’t finish the 8pc because the tenders were just dry and stale. If you want good chicken near here there’s a Popeyes a mile away.

That photo I posted is 1 of the 2 meals I purchased as you can see that’s what I got for 10 dollars are you serious for as my meal the chicken seem like it was there all day it was hard and my potatoe wedges were also dried out only thing that was good was the biscuit and cole slaw… So I’m was pissed to spend 27 dollars on BS

It’s basically a flip of the coin here. Sometimes service is good, sometimes it isn’t. Food is usually good. Ordering online has improved greatly. My last purchase experience was grade A.

The chicken legs didn’t have crust on them so they look scorched and the fries or should I say wedges was hard as rocks. This was horrible and I had it delivered. They really need to do better because this is my third time given bad food and had to take it back this time I’m not taking it back Because I had it delivered, but this was really really horrible. And a waste of my money… And every time you have to take it back, they have a funky disposition except for one time where the manager was very nice, but this is horrible and y’all wasting peoples money on trash

Even after waiting 20 mins for a meal. Had to go in and ask for my food after being parked. And the chicken was soggy and greasy. Much too greasy. I hope this place improves. It used to be great.

Don’t like making bad reviews but this one is needed for change, But all I know is a chicken tender meat isn’t supposed to look like this was raw and my ladies biscuit had mold on it! Absolutely unhappy with her being pregnant too that’s not okay by no means. I see why there’s a 2.7 rating >:(

I can’t speak for others l, but I had a great experience. I only seen two workers ,but they got my food done quick and food was still fresh. They were respectful and looked happy to be at work which is a rare thing at times in the fast food industry.

When I placed the order in drive thru today 5/1/22, the lady was very rude and act like she didn’t want to take our order. When we pulled to the window, we proceeded to tell her she didn’t ask if we wanted original or crispy and she said it’s original and shoved us our food. We didn’t get no receipt when we paid. We got home and we find small pieces of chicken in our bucket we ordered. We ordered a family meal and we had items that were missing. We tried calling the restaurant 4 times and no one answered. This is the Blue Ridge location in Grandview. Definitely will not be back
