Called after an hour and 15 minutes since placing the order and was told maybe they left it at your door. I checked and it was sitting on the ground, nobody had knocked or rang the doorbell. All the food was cold and there was a bug crawling between the boxes. The wings weren’t even covered with sauce

Waited 40 minutes for my order, which would’ve been okay if I wasn’t told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait. On top of that, because I was in a rush to get back to work, they got my order of wings wrong and gave me bone-in instead of boneless…
Service itself is fine and the staff are friendly. I would rather be told that they’re backed up and that it could be a longer wait instead of thinking I’ll get my order sooner.

I ordered a curbside delivery and waited 20 minutes in my truck for my order.
After deciding that no one was going to bring out my order I went inside to see what was going on and I was told by a crew member that “everyone is kinda busy.”
If carside delivery isn’t going to happen efficiently then you shouldn’t be advertising it at all.

Very good food with quick delivery on base. It is nice to have delivery to the fam camp on days you just want to stay in. Our order was missing toppings and they quickly gave us a refund when we called. The food is always really good compared to other domino’s.

Pretty much your typical Dominos experience. The food is okay, and good for takeout or delivery. I’ve never had an issue with the staff or service, although sometimes the times for carryout at a little off.
The deliveries can sometimes forget things or arrive with messed up orders just like any other pizza delivery experience, but they don’t make a habit enough to avoid the store entirely.
The interior is really nice, new, and clean. The staff could be a little better managed, I always see workers but rarely anyone in charge.

Ordered pizza, was told it would take 45 min for delivery. I accepted the time frame told to me. Hour and a half later I called and asked when was it going to be delivered? Was told I was number 12 before they made the pizza. What tha F?! Really? So if calculated properly, I would have to wait atleast one more hour at a minimum. This has to be the worst Domino’s pizza place ever! If you don’t know how long it is going to take, don’t spit out incorrect time frames to the customers. Unacceptable service!

Customer service is great. I went to the dfac which had nothing good to eat so I decided to order my free pizza I had earned from being a rewards member. Except the pizza is only for delivery. And if you order delivery you have to spend more than $12. So I ordered some wings to go with it since everything else on base closes before 1700. Worst wings i’ve ever had. They’re tiny and have almost no meat on them. What a waste of money
