They constantly are getting my order wrong. After getting my order wrong for the 6th time.. I and requested my money back. After speaking with an employee I was told I didn’t need to bring the sandwich back and I would still receive a full refund. After calling the store on many occasions and getting confirmation they submitted my refund I never received it. The sandwich are too expensive to be getting the order wrong. Then being lied to by multiple employees including the manger. Although good food I will not be giving my money to people who don’t even care enough to at least say they didn’t want to give me a refund.

A very good sandwich! I ordered a sandwich to go. This is my very first Ike’s order and I must say…it will not be my last! I got the Tailor’s booth with vegan fried chicken. 10 out of 10. The dirty sauce is so yumma. Also, I didn’t eat the sandwich until several hours after I ordered it. The bread did not get soggy from the sauce. I count that as a win and some great bread.

If you like dirty, messy, filling subs, then Ike’s is for you. This new sub sandwich shop in Marina del Rey. Their menu is massive and it takes time to study it but there are so many great options. I had the #320 Lin-Sanity which had Turkey, godfather sauce, avocado, crushed jalapeño chips, and provolone on it. It was a big sandwich and was very filling. I’m hoping they can offer half sandwiches because one is sometimes too much food for lunch.

Today was my first time stopping by Ike’s but it most definitely will not be my last! Jake greeted me with the friendliest smile and answered every question I had as a new customer. Believe me I had a lot! He even gave me his favorite order after my probing. *The Menage a trois with french bread, lettuce, red onion, pickles and banana peppers. His genuineness and energy told me I could trust him, so I ordered and joked that I knew where he worked if he led me astray. I am happy to report that Jake told no lies. The sandwich was AMAZING!!!! I also got the Hollywood’s SF cheesesteak for my husband. He also loved his choice. I ended up buying two combos. I look forward to returning. I hope Jake is working that day!!! 🙂

We have been huge fans of Ike’s from the original location in SF many many years ago. Turkey bacon avocado on Dutch crunch is a don’t miss. Always delicious and even though we’re in so cal now it brings back nostalgia of the Bay Area from 20 years ago. The staff at the marina location were kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks for the hospitality.

Just finished the most vegetarian sandwich, the tailor’s booty. Staff was really knowledgeable and nice, atmosphere is clean, FOOD WAS AWESOME. This is a nice treat for a vegan or vegetarian. Reminds of potbelly’s but with more options. Tables outside too. My dog loved the melted cheese
