I asked for a number one without onions. I HATE ONIONS.
they said they’d remake it.
I waited. They didn’t remake it, all they did was rake the onions off and bring me the same sandwich. I could still taste the onions.

I ordered chicken strip meal and an order of pretzels the food was awful taste like burnt grease ant it was cold gravy was awful.. I don’t know about you but 17.10 dollars is hard to earn..I will never eat there again it’s trash can again my second try

I recently had experience tonight with no one at the cashiers line or online order line I walked in another customer was behind me I walked to the online order pickup the other guy walked to the cash register the girl behind the counter was busy she went straight to the guy at the cash register first and then another guy that was in the restaurant decided to come up and get something else so she waited on him amongst doing other things as well so I was late picking my order up your employees suck at customer service they need to focus and pay more attention if you expect to keep customers

The ice cream machine was broken, also they have in the past given me the wrong order and said after the fact “oh well we ran out of this so we just gave you that” and it was not even close to what i ordered and they should have told me when i ordered instead of after they gave me it. Also they forgot to flip my blizzard. Also a lot of stuff is over priced.

I break out when I eat vanilla soft serve ice cream so I went to Dairy Queen; Madison Heights VA for a blizzard yesterday. Firstly, I wanted the new Dirt Pie Blizzard, they said they sold out of it, alright cool. I then asked for an Oreo blizzard but the vanilla ice cream swapped out for the chocolate due to me breaking out. They then proceeded to tell me they’re out of chocolate ice cream???? How do you run out of ice cream if you’re known for the different blizzards you make? The lady that was taking my order kept getting confused on what I was talking about and getting the order mixed up! My friend also ordered a pecan blizzard and it was melted as soon as I drove away from there. Do better!!!

Tonight, I watched one customer go back in for a complaint and one speed off from the drive-thru line due to the length while I was in line for a mobile order. I’m all for expecting quality and getting what you pay for, but when I visit a fast food restaurant in the middle of a continuing pandemic where staffing shortages are present almost everywhere, I am patient as I know others may not be. When I got to the window, the girl gave me my Blizzards and saw my pup stick his head out of the window. She could’ve easily ignored him, but asked, “Would you like a pup cup?” We excitedly took her up on the offer and as you can see, my canine thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks, Madison Heights DQ crew, for your kindness on a busy Thursday night!

Ordered online . Had to wait 10 min longer for food I was ok with that. Then they didn’t bring the condiments I ordered . I also ordered onion rings 2$ upcharge and got undercooked fries and bread not toast.
