Came here after a long day at the mall. We got burgers that are 100% customized, shakes and fries. Everything was so good. I was especially fond of the shake, it had that perfect consistency between thic and smooth. The staff were young men who were very kind.

This was my second experience at this chain and probably my last. The prices are through the roof! To charge an additional $5 for fries and a drink on top of $10 for a small burger is highway robbery. For the two of us and splitting the fries, it was $28.75. For that price the food should have been exceptional you would think, right? Not so, the fries (cajun) were soggy and not very tasty at all. The bacon was burnt and in tiny pieces. The overall flavor of the meat was fine. Very disappointed by this experience.

This place is pretty good but not my fave. I love the fries and how generous they are with them. When we arrived the place was pretty dirty inside. My burger was pretty good just needed some seasoning on the patty. The soda machine was mostly carbonated water and tasted gross there was not enough syrup to carbonated water. My family loved their meals and shake. They too did not like the coke machine drinks.

I recently visited Five Guys and had the best burger experience ever! The burger was beyond delicious—juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh toppings. Every bite was a burst of flavor. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Marcel, Maverick, and Ethan. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, with a warm and friendly attitude that made me feel valued as a customer. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Genuinely disappointing food. Service was good, but a lot of things need to change to increase quality. Burger patty was overcooked and over pressed, Buns weren’t toasted enough and then smashed when wrapping, and the Fries were burnt noodles. Quality control needs to be done to fix this. There are some easy fixes that’ll bring the quality back up. Management needs to be talked to, and staff needs a refresher.

Significantly better than junky fast food burgers. Ordering your burger requires a step back in thinking so that you can mentally assemble your ideal; consider getting such as heavy onions, etc. Then consider adding options such as sauted mushrooms, etc. This is getting close to The Perfect Burger!!! Not sure about the atmosphere, feels very structured for you to eat fast and get out. BUT my double bacon cheeseburgers are always exceptionally good, only I can make Burgers better than Five Guys, my hat is off to them FRIES! and Peanuts? Who has ever had better Peanuts than these or Snoopy?
