Overall it was an ok experience. The food was normal Taco Bell food. .
This location is very dirty. I mean it’s 10am so it’s not like it was from normal operations. The bathroom looks like it has never been clean. The tables and counters are sticky and the touchscreens had brown liquid on them ? Idk but it’s pretty unacceptable
If you guys put any effort at all into cleaning this would be a nice location

The workers do not care about people at the counter. My food was supposed to be ready at 11:02am. I waited until 11:24 for my food. I figured it would be fresh. I went back to work to find all of my food was cold and soggy because they had it sitting there ready and were just catering to the drive thru. Plus the food was just thrown together messy and the burrito was inedible. For $20 an hour they should be trained better and give quality food. It will not let me add a picture… I guess they don’t want people to see their crappy job at making food. The meat was on the outside of the burrito and the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper .

This Taco Bell is usually very consistent, but the consistency in quality appears to have taken a turn for the worse. They have also changed the way they conduct their customer service where a gal welcomes you to TB, then a guy takes over seconds later. It has a really weird vibe to it that I frankly do not like.They do the same thing at Pollo Loco next to Home Depot down the street which I have never appreciated. It must be a generational thing that I find appalling. Anyway the new guard at this TB is very skimpy with the contents of each item ordered, then they roll it up like a small taquito. The chicken inside my tacos was pulled apart into very tiny chunks like they did it with their fingers which made it very unsavory to eat. I felt like I got about $15 worth of food for $60. This was on Feb 1st between 2:30 and 3pm. I will take a brake for some time from this Taco Bell. I know of a good one that is a bit further but I hate the fact that I have to drive further to get legitimate TB.

I have to 1-star this location because the wait time are just that abysmal. Every time I go to this location it’s at least a 30 minute wait. The staff are carefree too despite there being a drive through line halfway through the parking lot.

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in all of Sacramento. It’s fast food, somehow sitting in a drive thru for 30min seems like the opposite effect.

I’m on vacation and I was fortunate to stop by this Taco Bell! This location still has the retro interior design (which I love and miss!) This was the perfect place to sit down and relax. One woman working there was especially sweet to guests and that made us smile ^~^ Oh and we had some really good food! Got the $5 boxes and they were extremely good, well worth the money. I would absolutely come back to this location next time I’m in the area.

I am not sure what happened…half the bottom of the pizza was missing and it wasn’t cut into fours. I went to pick it up and made a u turn back. If it is broken throw it out!!!!

Also worker could not take our order at counter, they had to come out & use kiosk. Sort of negates them not having to take orders.
