Ordered two dozen at 10 am . Order accepted . When I went to pick up they didn’t have the bagels available and asks me to exchange to something else. I insisted on my original order and she said wait 10 mins we will get fresh. After 40 mins I got this mush. Terrible !!I had used gift card so I couldn’t cancel the transaction and was stuck with trashy food. The coffee was cold and stale.The manager needs some oversight on the employees here .

Ordered a 2-egg with bacon breakfast bagel but ended up with a single egg once I got to my destination to eat. Why is it so hard to read a screen when fixing a sandwich. I can’t figure it out. Spent nearly $10 for a sandwich that was made incorrectly. SMDH

I had a fantastic experience at Einstein Bagels! The manager was incredibly friendly, and the store was spotless. The customer service was top-notch, making my visit truly enjoyable. Everything was wonderful.

Disgusting bagels. Called 4 times to speak to a manager. No one answered phone. This cost $18?! Will never go back! Terrible service and quality!!! Look how doughy and thin these bagels are!!! They didn’t even rise. Who cooked these disgusting bagels? Terrible service! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I love this location because it is always clean, they get orders made correctly and everyone is always so nice and friendly. Seriously, a smile on their faces all the time.
Today was a great experience though because of Felix at the counter. His vibe immediately welcomed me in, he complimented my shirt, talked to me about different options and things to add to my bagel (which of course I did) and it was delicious!
The manager, Bernice, is always wiping down counters and cleaning if she isn’t making bagel sandwiches on the line along side the crew. I’m always impressed and appreciate the service I get here. Love it when a leader will do all the jobs instead of just pointing. Great job building a community with your team!
I also met a manager today that I see here often. Brenda talks to every single employee when I am here and makes sure to say to goodbye to everyone on the way out. Having worked in the service industry, this means so much because there are days you just don’t feel noticed as an employee. I wish more leaders were like this Brenda!

I go to Einsteins so much it isn’t funny. I went to this location because it was close to the hospital that my husband was having a major surgery at. Let me tell you, what started as a rough day only got worse. I ordered a 2 egg and ham with cheddar bagel and I got some egg and cheese only. I also got a bagel with smear on the side, apparently they are going broke because only half my bagel got the cream cheese. None of the employees spoke very good English which is sad considering we are in America and Einstein is an American restaurant. Moral of the story is they couldn’t even fix my order. I believe in everyone having jobs no matter the language they speak but someone who can speak fluent English is important in an order taking position. I’m pretty disappointed and starting to think I may need to find a new breakfast place with as bad as my last few times have been.

I ordered a Santa Fe egg white sandwich, extra toasted with no sausage, when got home I realized they gave me a PLAIN sandwich no sauce, with egg (not egg white) and sausage. I called to let them know and the woman that answered the phone said for me to go back with the receipt that she didn’t give to me when I paid.
This location is going down the drain, they never pay attention to the orders and they always give you the wrong food. It’s very frustrating!
