This place is really bad I would never come back as much this onE restaurant my child like.The customer service is HORRIBLE . From night manager no AREA MANGER LET THEM TELL IT. The drive thru lady had zero customer service. They have great customer service when it comes to their fellow hispanic people. The fries were cold and the burger seemed microwaved. Cold food with a side of spicy attitude. No thanks!

The burger itself was good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful — when I asked about a kids’ menu, the response was simply ‘yes,’ and when I requested more details, three options were mentioned with noticeable reluctance. The restaurant was not clean: there was a spilled drink at the entrance, and the high chair was so dirty it could not be used. Additionally, the air conditioning in the kids’ area was not working, leaving the space extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

So, I decided to try a couple of the million dollar winner burgers, namely, the fried pickle ranch, and the hickory bacon barbecue sandwiches. I’ve had positive experiences from this Burger King in the past, however, the two burgers I had were not very good. The barbecue one barely had any barbecue sauce on it, and wasn’t fresh hot or even Luke warm. The fried pickle ranch did not have any fried pickles. The flavor wasn’t bad, but they didn’t even have any fried pickles and didn’t bother to inform me that they didn’t have the fried pickles. They apologized and offered me something else, but I was pretty disappointed and turned down the offer. If I had known that they were out of the main ingredient in the sandwich, I probably would’ve ordered something else. How do you make a burger knowing that you don’t have one of the main ingredients and not at least let the customer know that it’s missing the main ingredient? I probably will not be going to Burger King again.

Pretty nice new Burger King location. Was clean and the team was friendly. My breakfast croissant sandwich was half warm and half cold which was weird but the tots were fresh and hot. Plus, it’s fast food so can’t really complain. Overall, would go back.

Last visit to this Burger King. Sat at drive thru to order for 8 min. No one took my order. Decided to drive around and go inside. 2 workers, 1 at register and 1 cooking. People waiting for food and waiting in line. Left for McDonalds. Its a shame because I just bought a house nearby and this was convenient. Interestingly their sign displayed they were hiring management. Thats a definite need.

Quick and courteous service. Price is not too outrageous by comparison of other fast food.
As for the food itself, edible. More so than most. Begged other Burger King restaurants (Navasota+) put the vegetables on the burger. Got the burger, and there still were negligible amounts. One might think , “Must be “impossible. ” “This one in Brenham at least looks like a normal burger.

Unfortunately, it is rated only edible because the temperature was barely lukewarm. Also, a bit dry. Understanding the price of condiments have gone up, but for a $10 meal I don’t think a little mayonnaise is too much to ask.
Would be nice with the higher prices if there were better quality, something to write home about. Anyway, I suppose it did what it needed to do: filll a void.

The Staff were so friendly and welcoming the customers when they enter to restaurant their grilled chicken Sandwich was delicious

When I ate at this place there was only ONE nice staff member, and apparently he was the only one with common sense. The other workers looked clueless when I ordered my food. The women in the back don’t know I know some Spanish and they’ve badmouthed customers many times and it seems their own staff too. Ordered a Texas double whopper and my food, which took 10 minutes with only two other customers, the manager acted like she didn’t want to remake a simple burger when it was made incorrectly. The fries were not fresh and the environment was definitely not clean. You’re better off just going to the grocery store and making your own food at this point. ♀️ ♀️

We’ve been several times now, and the service has been fast and friendly. The play area keeps the kids occupied and out of our hair.
