Went to the drive thru 7:35pm on 2/4/26 waited 10 minutes for 1 whole Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and was told they were out of avocados, but I had them make it anyway. A bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, a pick 2, 1/2 sandwich Bacon Chicken Rancher with the cup of Rustic Potato Soup 2 green teas and a regular hot creme brulee latte. They informed me they were also out of the baguettes. Checked the bag before I left to make sure I had everything. Because I live about a 1/2 hour away. Got home and the Chipotle chicken didn’t have cilantro or peppers and the chicken bacon rancher had the littlest speck of bacon, along with a very long hair in it. So you pick up the phone to try and call Bread Co at 8:35pm and 8:38pm since they’re open til 9pm and of course no one is available to talk to to try to resolve the discrepancy of the fact that you would prefer not to eat the poorly prepared Chicken bacon rancher with the hair in it. It just rings when you select the option to talk to an associate or a manager. And then after it rings, for so long it just hangs up. I tried that twice but seemed like a waste of time. My family member who ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup enjoyed their meal, it was good, however the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt was finished, but it was less than satisfactory to say the least. You look at the pictures, pretty pitiful. And of the Pick 2 the Chicken Bacon Rancher was obviously wasted money no one ate. However the cup of Rustic Potato soup and latte was decent. The real tragedy is for $47.31 this was an incredibly disappointing meal, knowing darn well as I waited to place my order in the drive through staring over at Qdoba that my money would have gone further and would have been better spent over there, what a shame. Lesson learned. And lesson learned that this Bread Co is counting on their disgruntled customers to give up on that refund or desired comp for the poorly made sandwich with the hair in it and not continue to try and call and speak to the manager. I’m sure they were just really busy that night. Don’t set your expectations too high for this particular Bread Co and they’ll serve you well.

**Serves RAW dough!**
I usually like Panera, but this was a miss. I took a few bites of my bagel and noticed the inside was completely raw and doughy. Not just dense — actually wet and underbaked. I had already eaten some before realizing, which is pretty gross.
I get that mistakes happen, but serving raw dough is a basic food safety issue. I ended up throwing it away and won’t be ordering bagels from this location again unless something changes.
Disappointing experience.

I’m a regular take-out customer for their Soups (love it, usually), but this Panera location has completely dropped the ball twice now.
On March 6, I ordered a Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a bread bowl on the side (yes, I know it’s an upcharge, and that’s fine—I paid the extra). Got home, no bread bowl in the bag. Called the store, drove back, and they gave me one. First time? Mistakes happen, I let it go.
Today, March 7—exact same order, exact same issue. Charged for the bread bowl again, but it was missing from my take-out bag. Tried calling multiple times (phone just rings and rings, no answer at all). No one picks up. Didn’t feel like driving back a second time in two days for something I already paid for.
This isn’t a one-off error; it’s a pattern of taking my money for an item they consistently forget to include, then being unreachable when I try to fix it. If you’re doing take-out here, double-check your bag before leaving—and good luck getting anyone on the phone if something’s wrong.
Panera corporate needs to address training or whatever is causing this at this location. Won’t be returning until I hear things have improved. Disappointed, especially since the soup itself is still good when you actually get what you ordered.
Avoid the hassle—order elsewhere or eat in to watch them pack it.

We ordered an online order for delivery at 8:40. Our total was $40.40. We did not receive a sandwich or the cinnamon roll we ordered. All the food arrived ice cold. The Mac and cheese was supposed to have bacon on it and it did not. It also was sour and not edible. The French onion soup did not come with croutons or cheese. The grilled cheese was a joke and looked disgusting. All the food was not even edible and we threw it away for safety reasons. Absolutely ridiculous and will not order here again!

Ordered at the kiosk, so not much service to rate. Tried the Spicy Chicken Dipper and really liked it. My son got his usual Chicken Ceasar Salad. Dishes were kind of overflowing by the trash cans, but overall atmosphere was OK.

Employees are always helpful and try to make tons of people happy. Food is always good or they make it right for you. We always come in on Sunday and are really happy that we do.

Horrible experience. I arrived to find the drive-thru extremely long, so I went inside to pick up my order. An employee named Jill told me she was “way too busy to deal with me” and said that if I choose drive-thru in the future, I must stay in the drive-thru because she doesn’t have time for me.
I was standing with three other customers who were equally appalled by her behavior. Everything was running behind, and the attitude made it even worse. I will not be returning to this location.

No customer service. I walked to the counter to order. I was told to use the kiosk. I do not work here but i will give it a shot. Im not really a fan of working for free. The kiosk did not have a cash option. So I just left. Let me know when you have a cash option again and I might be back.

We ate there Saturday, 9/13, around 3:00 4;00. I had a half of sandwich, salad & an apple. Maybe 3 bites & decided to try the apple. Apple is on plate by the sandwich. A HAIR wrapped around Apple. Blond. That was it, I couldn’t finish sandwich its laying by Apple. I lost my appetite. Told 2 workers, they offered me another Apple or named other things. Told manager lady. All she could say is so sorry. I tried to explain I came in here to eat, lost my appetite with hair, & so sorry. Out meals totaled $30 something dollars so I guess I just ate the money. I wasn’t expecting a free meal but a little courtesy. Was I to lay new apple on same plate hair was on and sandwich touching? Very unprofessional & we will never be returning. Corporate might be interested in this one. Unreal.
None of them understood a hair on apple on plate. Like it went over their heads. Was I to wash my own plate off then continue eating? Very bad for a restaurant !! Manager lady didn’t even come look & take plate away!
Do you have to be trained for common sense?

I ordered a Greek Godess salad and it had a lot clear stringy fluid on the side where there egg was… I called and spoke to the manager Jill who didn’t seem surprised at all nor did she apologize for a poor quality salad. In a bothered tone, she asked if I wanted another salad…yeah no thanks. After reading reviews, I should have known this Paneras has low quality service and food.
