Chipotle #43. Best sandwich I’ve ever had (cept Portillos of course). They make it fresh and melted and the wait is always minimal. The prices can be a touch much, but join their club and it will even things out. Highly recommended if you’ve never been. Don’t knock it til you try it!

This is a brand New location. Nice and clean. Staff behind the counter looked little confused and must have been a shift change cuz there was not many hands on the deck. But I got better a little bit later. Food is always great sandwiches were well made. Nice outside area to sit down all in all good location

Went to the new huntley location….horrible! The wait was long..okay it’s new. The staff was not trained. Should have had experienced personnel on hand to oversee. Server argued about coupon. We didn’t argue back and just paid. Staff did not allow you to add to your sandwich. Bowl had no lettuce, tomatoes or anything to made it a bowl. What the heck is wrong with this location? Customers ahead of us were so upset they walked out.

Have visited this new location several times since it opened. I rarely review an eatery until it’s got it legs & rhythm because, unlike any 1 star reviewers, I don’t believe it’s fair. Anyway, the staff is super friendly (aiming to please), & the sandwiches are fresh & delicious. Gonna grab lunch there today, in fact & looking forward to it!

I have ordered for delivery twice now and both times have been monumental messes. The first time my order was an hour late, wrong sandwiches and when I called I was offered basically an “oops sorry”.
Tonight I thought I’d try again and ordered through the website again. After realizing it was taking a long time I checked the tracker to see that my order had been cancelled.
I called the store and I was told that their hands were tied and “sometimes DoorDash just does this”. I’m sorry but I did not order through DoorDash. Your location chooses to use them as a delivery service but that service is still a direct reflection of the delivery quality Jersey Mike’s offers and is therefore their problem to fix. If I wanted to deal with DoorDash I would have. Don’t tell me I need to call DoorDash to deal with my cancelled order…YOU need to. Just laziness all around.
This location needs to improve A LOT. Needs to take better accountability for the service they choose to use and work harder to resolve issues for their customers when the service THEY CHOOSE TO USE fails.
