I am so picky when it comes to a good non greasy fried chicken that has a lot of flavor, and customer service is a must for me. I was very sad when the old location shut down, but I was very happy to see this location open! I just couldn’t wait! Let me tell you, this place is much cleaner, bigger and has an invited feeling. It was nice to see a familiar face. She was there at the old location, and I was happy to see her at the new location! Customer service is always good and I don’t mind waiting for fresh fried chicken! I love their mash potatoes and gravy. The gumbo is bomb! I can’t wait to get my fried chicken again this weekend! Thank you for your great service!

Saw this place while going to the grocery store and decided to try it for dinner. The service was great and everything came out within 10-15 mins. I would definitely recommend the fried shrimp and the fish with tartar sauce! Everything else was very good. The slushies are also very yummy!

I’ve been going to Louisiana since they opened on center parkway. I always liked this place. They just need to come up with a better system. I put a order in for a 10 piece barbecue wings, a 10 piece pepper wings, and a large fry. Our order was sitting under the warmers for a while before she finally bagged it and gave it to us. We saw the order get put in the warmer so we knew the food was ready, but the lady at the front still took three more orders and served two other customers that came in after us before she finally bagged our order and gave it to us. The fries were warm from sitting under the warmer for too long, but not fresh. The wings are room temp. Very disappointing, I’ve been waiting for this place to open up its new location. I hope they fix their system because I really like this place.

This place is fantastic! The employees/owners were extremely nice while I was waiting for my food. It took about 15 minutes because it was cooked to order. Every item was fresh and hot. The chicken was definitely some of the best I’ve had and the spice was perfect. Fries were well seasoned also. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it. Will definitely come again soon!

I would give negative stars if possible. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt I was treated differently as an African American customer. The situation became so uncomfortable that other customers stepped in to help. She took food I had already paid for and refused to provide a refund or exchange. This experience was unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

Came to this place around lunch time. There is a big parking lot but a bit walk if it’s busy. Walking into the place I was greeted by the woman at the front counter. The inside is a bright orange that looks nice. They have 6 chairs. 3 on each side to wait. There are no tables inside, so take out only. I ordered the #1 combo that comes with 3 pieces of chicken. A leg, thigh, and wing. Apart from that it come with a Hawaiian roll, 1 side, and a canned soda/water. The chicken is made fresh to order! (Big W). It was a 15 minute wait but well worth it. The chicken was super crunchy and had a nice little kick to it. It was pretty good. I got mashed potatoes with gravy as my side. The mashed potatoes were average nothing special. Next time I’ll probably try their Mac&cheese. Place is clean inside, good food, and nice customer service.

This was my first time trying Louisiana Fried Chicken, and it was a disappointing.
Firstly, let me say the flavors in the coating were great, just the right side of warm …not to hot.
But the bad part was the coating did not stay on the chicken when I was handling it to eat. Half way through the tender I was holding bear chicken as all the coating had fallen off.
Then there was the chicken itself, I had the 3 tender combo. I got one large tender with two smaller ones. The chicken in the large one was succulent and juicy, the two smaller ones where over cooked and a little dry.
Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
