Firstly, the wings I received were incredibly small—smaller than a dime—and appeared to have little to no chicken. They were essentially burnt pieces of breading. This is not the quality of food I expect from Wingstop. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete, and I did not receive the full 20 wings I paid for. Additionally, the fries I received were only half full, further adding to my frustration.
When I called to address these issues, I was met with poor customer service. I spoke with the manager, Esther, who was rude and completely lacked the skills to handle customer escalations. She placed me on hold for 7 minutes, stating she was “doing manager stuff in the back,” which is unacceptable. As a manager, she should know that addressing customer concerns, especially about food quality, should take priority.
To make the situation worse, when I requested a refund, Esther thought she had muted the phone, but I could clearly hear her venting her frustration about my refund request to her coworkers. This unprofessional behavior was deeply disappointing and showed a lack of respect for customers.
Additionally, the flavors I received were not what I had ordered, further compounding the issue.
I urge you to provide better management training to Esther, as her handling of this situation was unacceptable. She failed to represent your brand and left me with a very negative impression of Wingstop. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter, including a refund for the incomplete and unsatisfactory order.

2. Tables dirty all around, crazy thing is that they don’t have a trash cans for the customer to throw the food away themselves
3. And the cashier there are just like 10 minutes then would ask after 15min o 10 more.

5. A great answer the cashier’s would be so sorry it does get really busy some suggestions Call head or Do a online. Diffently walk in seams did not get any priority. I ended up taking it home to eat there.
to-go (soggy wings and fries in a bag) which we hate. But the wings were undercooked compared to over cooked. Maybe they were busy? But I paid for what I paid for ; well done wings, not under cooked.
I call back a few days later… with receipt, they say there’s nothing they can do?
