Had an amazing meal today. My food was tasty and the restaurant was very clean. Victoria helped me out and was fantastic. She even delivered the food to my table and picked up for us afterwords. This will be my frequent lunch spot!

After a long day at work and chores I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to cook so I said let’s just grab a quick bite to eat at the mall since they have a ton of choices. We walked by all the kiosk and decided on Pei Wei Asian Express and they were nice enough to let us try a few of the food so we can make the right choice. The ladies behind the counter were so sweet (Magnolia & Ingris). I chose the two hunters and a side and the portions were so large that I was actually able to share with my wife and we also ordered the vegetarian eggroll and the cream cheese wontons. The food was fresh, great portions, and it tasted delicious. I was shocked that they had an average rating of 2 1/2 stars. However, the ladies really made this 5 star experience with their sweetness. Keep up the great work ladies and we will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. I asked them for shrimp on my plate, and the lady said “okay”, then she never gave me it. Then, when I politely and RESPECTFULLY asked if she can add the shrimp like I asked her to, the two ladies at the front refused and started giggling as I walked away. I advise you to go to any other food place.

The most disgusting food I ever ate I ordered bourbon chicken and they gave me fried chunks of hard dry old chicken drenched in sauce and oil disgusting I try to call Door Dash to get a refund they refused to give it to me I called the place and the lady was super rude to me I told her my stomach hurts because it feels tight she she said if your stomach hurts go to the doctor what do you want me to do !never order from there again disgusting they should close that place down!!

so ill start off my saying my review is relative to mall food and is based on comparisons to other chinese mall food like master wok, sarku japan, etc –
I have to give it 5 stars because of the quality of the chicken i got! It was the best tasting mall chinese I’ve ever had and is a step above most of the dry, cold chicken I usually expect from a “point and serve” type of establishment

The food is decent but the customer service is HORRIBLE the young girl had a attitude and didn’t listen at all she messed up the drink order and rolled her eyes and dumped the drink didn’t put any ice then half filled it with the correct drink. The rest of the drinks were only half full and honestly just not worth the money! For me to only order 1 plate and 3 drinks it shouldn’t of been an issue but she was definitely just trying to get rid of us!

The worse costumer service ever. Both ladies working the counter are rude. Don’t know how to treat their costumers after you pay them. Tried to get a refill on our drink and the lady looked at my daughter stupid and started yelling at her saying she needs to wait in line even after my daughter patiently waited her turn. She helped the lady after my daughter first and got mad when I stepped in to say something. Do not recommend.

This used to be a really good place to grab some Mongolian chicken and Chinese rice but the last two times we’ve been there they serve you the old food instead of the new one (they literally dump the new rice on top of the old one, open a hole in the pile of rice and grab whatever is in the bottom) same thing with the chicken… the manager was rude to customers and ignored people asking for samples. I tried to speak to her and all I got was a bad attitude. Do not recommend unless they review their practices…

This place used to be good for a rice and some chicken with broccoli but ever since new management took over it’s been terrible and the Lady who’s apparently the manager has a bad attitude. She doesn’t treat the employees fair let alone the customers. Need her to be relive from her job. I’m surprised I’m not the only one that feels the same.
