Floor NASTY, Tables STICKY, Counter DIRTY!
NOTE: This is not from a morning rush or just before someone cleaned this is the NORM!
Cook dropping F-bombs at front counter staff. Front staff trying to convince him that making five orders is doable. Another cook yelling for someone to “HELP” in the back area(CRAZY!)
No hair nets for cooks or hair tucked under hats or bound in the back which is a VIOLATION of state health code.
I would have taken photos of parking lot but I wanted to avoid license plates, just imagine the inside condition on steroids!
THIS PLACE IS A TRAIN WRECK!
UPDATE: Owner responded with THE SAME COPY/PASTE reply he slightly mods and sends to everyone complaining.
Let me show you how its done if I owned this restaurant.

I’ll say the service was friendly and quick. We were there around 8:30 on a Saturday morning with maybe 1 car in line (probably not a good sign). Remember when you used to go to hardees and get that fresh buttery golden brown biscuit, well…3 of the 4 biscuits were burnt in our order. Like this is all you do for breakfast is biscuits. Why are you serving burnt biscuits?

This was a huge let down. The cleanliness, quality of service and food were underwhelming at best.
Unfortunate experience. The two young men who interacted with me did their best, and were very polite, but were either new or poorly trained. The two women, who I am guessing were “managers” were pathetic at best.
The dining are was filthy, I dont know when the floors had been cleaned. The fountain drink bar area was messy, sticky with open wrappers, spilled sugar packets and lids strewn everywhere. With no customers in the dining area, it seems that would have been a prime opportunity for one of the 4 employees to be straightening up and cleaning, restocking, SOMETHING productive. But they were all on breaks sitting at tables in the dining area when I walked in.
It’s been years since I’ve stopped at Hardee’s and this experience reminded me why.

Quite possibly the worst drive through in the world. even if there’s 1 car in line you’ll still wait 30+ minutes. Same goes for inside. Could be the middle of the morning on a Tuesday and still the slowest operation in the world. I don’t understand how they still haven’t figured out a system yet. Almost every car has to pull up and wait after being in the drive through because even after waiting 30 minutes in line the food’s still not done.
And all these responses from whoever at corporate trying to “make it better” and “learn more info” and yet still the worst place to go to get food. I’ve been here over a year and it still is atrocious. What is being done to make it better? Clearly nothing.

Set in the drive through for 8 mins after paying. Didn’t come close in getting my order correct, No Ketchup for the fries and the burger was not good at all. Probably will never be back

Fries were really good. Ham and cheese was room temperature not “hot”. One young man seemed to be trying really hard but was flustered. The car in front of me waited for a while…One worker was on their mobile phone behind the register. Not a good look when people are waiting. Inside seemed chaotic despite little foot traffic.

The biscuits were good, once we got them. But 15 minutes, to get two biscuits, when there were only 2 other customers in the store, is excessive. And it was entirely due to absolutely chaotic coordination between the front end and the back end. And a guy working in the kitchen who couldn’t keep two orders straight. Front end had to keep repeating exactly what he was supposed to be making. At least five times. “No, one with bacon, one with sausage.”. “They need cheese. Where is the cheese on this one?”. “This one was supposed to be sausage. Not chicken!”. “Where is the egg??? Put an egg on this one!” They have training and quality issues here.

Three employees were there when I entered, but one soon disappeared, leaving just two during lunch hour on a Friday to take orders, prepare food, sort orders and give the orders to each customer for both the drive thru and the dining room. We ordered through the app prior to driving there, but still waited an additional 35 minutes to get our food. Frustrating, to say the least.

I get there at 3pm. The only person up front was the cook and on her phone. She gets the cashier. He starts to take my order but the drive thru dings. He says one moment. No big deal. He takes thier order and fills it. Then takes another drive thru order. He finally comes to take my order but the drive thru dings ago and starts to leave again saying he will be back. I said screw this. He says what you don’t want anything. I say no because you keep walking away from me to take druve thru orders. I left.

The trend of recent reviews continues. Nearly an hour to get a mobile order for breakfast. Drive through didn’t move for 20 minutes so went inside. As others have noted there is water or some liquid on the floor. Long line inside too young man at front desk was zero help he kept handing out wrong orders and told me he had no idea where my order was.
