Three employees were working two young men and one young woman. They were not nice and very disrespectful. The employees I had have always been nice but not on this day. I am elder and when I went here with my two friends we wanted to get desert. I ordered a strawberry shortcake my friend ordered a hot fudge sundae with my last friend ordering a vanilla milkshake because they were out of chocolate. They then told us after we payed they had no more vanilla ice cream probably because of the vanilla milkshake. I then asked for strawberry ice cream with my strawberry shortcake cake. My friend then asked for cookies and cream ice cream after they offered it which was not displayed on the menu. After everything we got a strawberry short cake with no ice cream. Hot fudge with STRAWBERRY ice cream and then a vanilla milkshake. We did order coffee as well but had to go back up and ask for it because they did not have any intention of giving us our coffee. We spent way too much money for this and I do not recommend getting dessert here. Big takeaway never dine in to eat absolutely disgusting inside along with it being very cold and they prioritize the drive thru.

Was served chicken tenders that were so old that the actual chicken itself was as yellow as its breading. I have absolutely zero clue how they think that is okay to serve. Fries were dry and unsalted, chicken sandwich seemed okay though. I visit this location often and it’s usually a pleasant experience, just not in early morning or afternoon.

ordered two 4-piece chicken tender meals and specifically asked for 4 BBQ sauces but only received one. The chicken tenders were extremely undercooked—raw and cold in the middle—with tough, dried-out ends that were nearly impossible to chew. It was obvious the food had been sitting for a while based on the temperature and texture. As someone who has worked in restaurant management, I found this level of food preparation completely unacceptable.
The drink cups had flimsy lids that didn’t seal properly, which led to spills, and we weren’t given any straws. On top of that, the employee at the window rushed our order and came off as rude and unprofessional.
Despite only having two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, the wait time was unnecessarily long. The inside of the restaurant was also very crowded, and it was clear they were unprepared for the lunch rush.
Overall, the food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency were extremely disappointing—especially for the price. This location clearly needs retraining in food safety, preparation, customer service, and basic shift planning. I hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

Roy Rogers is a great spot if you’re craving chicken, burgers, or roast beef sandwiches. Their chicken is super crunchy and tasty, while their burgers are juicy with just the right amount of toppings that you can choose from the “fixins’ bar” or they can give you a grab and take Fixins’ cup.
Don’t miss out on the roast beef sandwiches—beef, cooked in-store, they’re especially tender and flavorful. It’s a reliable choice for quick, satisfying American and fried chicken meal.

Ill start by saying I like Roys but this location has to be the worse I ever visited. First thing is it smells horrible, there’s an obvious plumbing issue to the right of the registers. The bathrooms are always dirty and there is a urine smell as soon as you walk into the first set of doors. Today I visited to get my daughter a meal and they didn’t even have chicken ready at 5pm. I tired of being disappointed by this location I will never return.

To be told that it’s going to be 5 minutes to try to discourage a customer who’s coming in at breakfast to get breakfast to discourage them because they come in 10 minutes beforehand. I’m always going to agree yeah I’ll wait unfortunately that didn’t make the person very happy cold sandwich hot french fries that didn’t take 5 minutes that took about two and a half and just not my favorite Roy Rogers won’t be coming back to this one I’ll drive to Frederick

Purchased $50 in food. Waited almost 20 minute for chicken, while the rest if the food sat in my car getting cold. Came home and served a burger purchased there to my 7 year old daughter. She complains it doesn’t taste right. I look. Its all but raw. I had to cook the food I just paid for from roys. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Shame on you roy rogers. Ill be reporting to the health department

We ordered 2 breakfast meals, nothing fancy. When we pulled ahead, they only had one drink for us and they put a large lid on a small cup. The worker told us to “watch the lid.” The lid clearly didn’t fit and wouldn’t work so we patiently waited for the rest of the order. She came back to the window twice to rudely ask what we were still waiting on. We explained that we were missing another drink and both meals. Several minutes later (longer than a typical drive through), another worker returns with our order and a different lid. Except, there is only one meal and the lid still didn’t fit (this time it was a medium instead of a small). She tells us that “sorry, we only had you down for one meal.” There was no offer to add to our order or anything even though we had repeatedly said we had ordered 2 meals. At this point, we decided it was best to cut our losses and move on with our day. We shared the meal and made the best of it. The worst part was not the messed up meal, it was the overall customer service. The worker actually got mad at us when we requested a different lid because it was obviously going to spill in the car. To top it all off, we didn’t even get a straw! 0/10 experience lol

Inside was musty and feels damp/humid. Bathrooms are grimy. I wonder if the A/c is not working. The dining area was not pleasant. The tables were sticky, the sauce bar was a mess. Walls, floors, and tables were dirty. The fries were undercooked. The service was fine, however there was almost no other customers at the time we came. We noticed employees were just standing behind the counter with their arms crossed, instead of cleaning up the sauce bar or doing anything productive. The place needs a serious cleaning from top to bottom. Very diffent then other Roy Rodgers we visited. This was the Brunswick location.
