I’m kind of done with this place. Used to be fine. Not anymore, I order on the app and pick it up. I order multiple sandwiches for my family to the tune of $60! I always order extra meat just for mine and pay for it . But they never give me extra meat. My kids and mine are EXACTLY the same. If anything they give me less meat! It’s not just one time either. This is atleast the third time and that’s being generous .its probably more like 5 or 6 times I’ll add a picture and u can be the judge. Charging for something u NEVER do is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on a place that can’t even give you what u pay for!

I owned a deli, that being said, here goes my review.
I’m really disappointed in this place been going here for years at multiple locations. This one is the worst by far. When you order online thru the app or door dash there is no way to customize your order. If you use the app to get your points you get hit with a door dash fee. If you use doordash app you don’t get your shore points.
Now the food. When I order a sub that’s 20.00 I have issues with slices of cheese that are cut so thin I can see through them. Your skimpy with the meat so I pay for double meat. And you never double up the meat I always get cheated on that front. You only list some of the toppings and there is no way to customize the amount you would like. For example if you want extra mayo or light oil and vinegar. The pickles on the side, no options.
But the serious issue is paying for 2 giant subs around 60.00 and getting enough meat to not even make a half of one sub.

Very disappointedwith my gaint roast beef and regular steak.this place use to rock ,But now they are just another sandwich shop.they have cut back big time and its sad i ate there twice a week sometimes more. Its just sad they have changed.

This is the fourth time I’ve order from Jeresy Mike’s on church st. In Conway. The last two times I felt like I just paid $30 for 2 hoagies that were bread, lettuce and tomato. The meat and cheese were so thin and one layer, need i say more. I don’t know what’s going on there lately but this is the Last time I will buy subs from there. Not worth any more of my money!

I’ve never had worse service! We walked in 20 minutes before closing time and got disgusting looks from the staff. They did not want to make our subs and their smart attitudes were uncalled for. He literally followed us out to lock the door 10 minutes early. Also, my boyfriends sandwich was made wrong.
