I can’t stop thinking about my meal at Dim Sum Cafe! This cozy, family-run gem in Mesa delivers some of the most satisfying dim sum in the area. From the first bite of the soup dumplings to the perfectly steamed shrimp dim sum, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—like a little dim sum party on your plate. The menu has great variety beyond dim sum too, with crispy orange chicken and savory fried rice that had our whole table smiling. Service was friendly and attentive, and the relaxed atmosphere made it a perfect spot for lunch with friends or a casual dinner. Dim Sum Cafe is exactly the kind of hidden favorite you want in your rotation—authentic, delicious, and totally worth a return visit!

Good quick lunch here. Seems to be Hong Kong style cooking. We came for Dim Sum and realized their dim sum variety was not big. However the lunch dishes were both delicious.

Love it here. Just as good and in some cases (crab rangoons) better than anywhere else I’ve ever had in California or Hawaii.
Staff is chill and friendly. Decent prices.

I’m giving it 4 stars because customer service was excellent! And I’m being gracious with my review! Otherwise, food was okay. I can tell the dim sum isn’t fresh, but frozen and just reheated. Fried rice was hard and dry and beef and broccoli was bland and lacking flavor. Service was fast though and great customer service. Clean establishment.

Visiting AZ and my family and I decided we wanted Dim Sum for dinner. We found Dim Sum Cafe which was only a few minutes away from our hotel. Service was meh. She was nice towards the end of our dinner. Glad they served Dim Sum All Day.

All the dishes were delcious. Very flavorful. The shumai was huge and I really enjoyed the soup dumplings.
I would return again. Small hole in the wall spot. Nothing fancy just good food.

As an Asian who’s eaten a lot of dim sum, this is the worst place in the Valley.
Yes, food was authentic with service and atmosphere expected of Chinese restaurants.
However, the food was subpar compared to other dim sum places like Phoenix Palace or Great Wall. We ordered the typical dishes like shiu mai, har gao, etc and were thoroughly disappointed as it felt like the food was microwaved before being served.

Dim Sum was delicious! The rest of the food that we ordered from the main menu was very good. I definitely recommend this place!

Good food, very authentic dishes. The egg white dry scallop fried rice is on point. The honey garlic chicken was great. The dim sum and XLB was mediocre. The pan fried noodles are great. Prices are pretty high but quality is good.

We really liked the chow fun, it was delicious. The fried dough was also good, tasted better the second time we ordered it, soft and fresh, good combination with the soy milk.
Shumai was really good, lots of meat and good flavor.
The Shanghai soup dumplings were just so so. Not much soup in it, and the flavor was not right.
Good service, reasonable price.
