If you’re looking for a GOOD place to eat, then keep driving. This will be the LAST time I EVER eat at this dump again. Food service took FOREVER because they were more concentrated on the drive thru then customers who were sitting there INSIDE to eat. 16 minutes, just to get my food. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Then when I get my food, it looks like a preschooler threw it together. It was cold, old, and sloppily made. I went up to ask to get the order corrected and the female manager IMMEDIATELY gets an attitude with me raising her voice saying “She doesn’t give refunds”. I just told her I wanted my food done fresh and right, that was ALL. Instead I just got a monstrous attitude. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my order corrected and by that time I wasn’t even hungry anymore. AND to top it ALL off, when I walk back out to my truck to leave the manager comes out and it standing in the parking lot smoking on a weed pen with one of her friends. The place was dirty and trashed,, like the employees didn’t even CARE. This Burger King has fallen SOOOOOO far off the scale it’s pathetic. I’ve had drive thru orders screwed up NUMEROUS times in the past here and this was the last straw here.

Tried the new Philly Melt. It definitely doesn’t look as advertised. The burgers are just two very small hamburgers. The sautéed peppers and onions were nice, just not a lot of them. It actually tasted pretty good, so I might order again in the future if they keep it on the menu. Overall I would give the burger a 6 out of 10 score.

Edited to add: just wanted to say that I visited again recently and the service is again at a sloth’s pace.
My previous review stated that the service was very slow, I’m glad to report that my past two visits have been really quick, the food was fresh and good.
And today, it’s a total no-go!? Milk crates blocking the drive-thru. I suppose it’s closed for some reason.

Went here for breakfast every day for 5 years. Food was good, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service… well, it had it’s ups and downs. I’m really gonna miss this place. Horrible that it was hit by the tornado.

Came through the drive through at 10am to get my kids lunch before preschool and was cut off in the middle of my order and told to pull around. When I tried to say I wasn’t finished with my order they ignored me through the speaker. So I pulled into a parking space and came in to finish the order and was greeted by the manager Gabby saying “ you should have stayed in your car” I continued to finish the order and she began to mock me, repeating what I was saying to imply she heard me saying all of it through the speaker in the first place. I asked “are you the manager? You’re being very rude.” She smiled and said “yes I am, now you can leave, without your food, have a blessed day.” Would not come back to this specific location and would not recommend for a quick bite!

Absolutely terrible customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the drive through for a mobile order of a simple bacon swiss chicken sandwich and a fry and was told to pull up. The car behind me got their food and next thing I knew 3, 4, 5 or more cars went through and got their food quickly and I was still waiting. I eventually had to go inside after about 20 minutes to ask where my food was just to find out it was left off to the side because the employee that was supposed to bring it to me didn’t and nobody noticed. To make it worse, when I got home, I noticed my fry container wasn’t even half way full, it was thrown together without a second thought and i probably spent a total of 45 minutes at burger king just to eat mediocre food. This happened only days after they left things out of my order and I had to go inside to ask for missed items. Will not be coming here again.

Came in to order, cashier was rude and rang up the order wrong, no ice in both drink machines. I walked next door to get cold drinks, then the cashier proceeded to disparage my name to another customer, then got my food last, 20 mins later. Manager had to reconfirm the order just to get my fries.
Sandwich was smashed in the wrapper, then sprinkled with lettuce which I specifically ordered no lettuce. Never again would I eat here

This is the most ridiculous establishment I have ever visited in I believe my whole 32 years of existence. First of all I’m not sure if your marketing team for Burger King in general is stupid or just your employees at this location are stupid but when something says it’s INCLUDED, it should be included. For example the churro fries that INCLUDE chocolate dipping sauce. Absolutely should not be charged extra for that. And the duo, don’t advertise it as something, ask what we want, and then provide a different meal and then say well that’s what’s it included. Why even ask what we want?
