I used to love wawa, but the quality across the board has gone way down. This location, in particular, has messed up numerous orders – wawa was one of the first places to use the custom order kiosks (not sure if it’s just a gen z work style, where they can’t follow instructions), but consistently screws up hoagie orders. There’s also one girl, in particular, that tlaks in whispers (so, good luck in hearing your number called out). The final straw for me is the watered down soup. Wawa’s chicken corn chowder was one of my favorite soups, but it is just so watered down now (at multiple locations). Not sure if it used to be shipped out to the locations unfrozen and now it’s shipped frozen (because it tasted like a frozen soup that was thawed, and that’s why it tasted so watered down), but it tastes so bad now. Wawa has become such a local monopoly that has sacrificed their quality of food and service. I’m so glad that they’re building more royal farms, and now building a few sheetz’s in the area. We clearly need alternatives to wawa, now that their quality is going down the toilet.

Terrible food service, every time going there my order is always wrong. Came in tonight with my kids, I work as a nurse didn’t get to eat all day was really craving a wawa cheese burger. Ordered on the screen waited for it, got home and I got a chicken patty not a burger no avocado on it. Called them saying order was wrong they told me I could come back so I did because I was starving And they remade my burger and before Leaving this time, I checked the whole burger and realized it didn’t have any chipotle sauce on it so I went back up to the counter told the lady my burger didn’t have chipotle sauce on it, and she was so rude to me telling me it was on the bottom and I took the whole burger apart. There was NOO chipotle sauce on the bottom and stood there and argued with me after I just came back from them messing my food up the first time, and she gave me such a hard time with giving me chipotle sauce getting an attitude with me like I was lying and saying they couldn’t take the burger back just to put sauce on it they’d have to make it again. I should have had her rude self make another for getting an attitude with me about how I want my burger made. Super rude and my orders always wrong. Disappointed and don’t want to go to that was ever again .

This lady came up to me and told me I have to pay for ICE. I couldn’t believe it. I asked if it was new, she said no, it’s always been like that. I am 23 years old and I have NEVER had to pay for ice or water. She told the cashier to “charge him for a soda,” which seemed to be intended to cut me a deal, but why??? If you’re going to be a Karen in the first place, just tell me to pay for what im getting. This is why people use Wawa as a walk through closet like it’s their home and free to grab whatever they want. And this lady was focused on me when I literally had just ordered and wasn’t even doing anything that would make it appropriate to interject. Thanks, and btw, I have never seen reviews this bad for a Wawa! Wonder why.

First of all the location is already crowded and not a good choice. Second, such a huge building has just one main door for entrance and exit 3rd got a Panini there, which couldn’t have been done worse. Obviously the new employees still need a lot of training I ordered lettuce and tomato. It had half a slice of tomato and a couple bits of lettuce horrible experience.

Uggh.. you have to call corporate to get a refund or take a drive back to the location for their mistake. My hoagie is sure missing a lot of ingredients.

For anyone who needs to know this an employee looked at me as I bought somethings and said to my face I know you have trouble counting (unsure why he said this) so I will take a dollar from you as I was charged 10.35 cents. I was given back after he said that 8 dollars plus change from my 20 dollars. The manager did nothing to give me my dollar back and allowed this cashier to do this which is a shame because I did not tip this kid. I am unsure which kid can say that to someones face and take a dollar he feels he is owed. He should be fired.
