I was asking the girl for extra tomato’s and she kept only putting one extra one on at a time and I finally asked her can you put like 3 on there and she told me no! And then I said I’ll pay extra for whatever I have too I just want like 3 more slices on there and she told me no and that it was already extra. Terrible customer service because why am I being told no for toppings on a sandwich I’m eating AND paying for?

This new kid was working alone and didn’t know what he was doing. Extremely rude to customers and snapped at people due to the stress of the situation. He got my order completely wrong but I felt uncomfortable to tell him with the state of mind he was in.

My husband and I went into Walmart to get some groceries and decided to get Subway on the way out. Easy dinner – sounds good to us. The food ended up being delicious, but the customer service at this location is greatly slacking. The two girls at the counter looked very annoyed and honestly looked like they hated their job. We went in on 05/09/2022.

The food at the 156th and Maple shop was excellent and the workers were so courteous and did a great job, but I don’t know how they could stand the temp in that store! The door was propped open with a chair and it’s 98 outside today. The guys said the air conditioning hasn’t been working since Thursday (it’s Sunday evening at the time I was in the store and writing this review) and had reached 96 in the store a few times. I hope they get that fixed soon because I wouldn’t work under those conditions!

Wow wow wow. My wife was kind enough to bring me home a sandwich after shopping. I unwrap and find my bread is hard and disgusting. I call and let them know I am coming to have it replaced. How can they handle that bread and let it be made. I arrive and she isn’t understanding all I want is a fresh sandwich with bread that isn’t hard. She asked me if I got it toasted and no I didn’t! After all the confusion since there’s clearly a language problem she gets in the phone and I stand for five minutes until she calls me over to give me a refund! ALL I WANTED WAS A FRESH SANDWICH FROM SUBWAY AND THEY CIULDNT DELIVER!!!!! All the driving back and forth and I just wasted my time. Shame on you!

Pop was flat, wanted sub toasted but asked twice and don’t think she understood me. The lady in front of me told her it was good on mayo but lady kept going. Must be hard up for staff if they hire staff who don’t speak English well.

Never carry speciality sandwiches you see on commercial but advertise them. Vegetables always look terrible. Never takes any coupons then tells me I have to have the one in picture. When the coupon says ANY 6 inch sandwich! officially the worst subway I’ve been to. If you want subway go to 156th and maple or 204th near the BP gas station. It’s worth the drive trust me.

Don’t get a salad here, they warm the meat up and then dump the grease all over the lettuce. Oh and they don’t chop up the salad. Don’t have any dressing in packets so the only option was what they put in sandwiches, oh and they didn’t give me silverware to eat the damn salad
