When ordering a blizzard the blizzard needs to be mixed thoroughly. The candy bits were at best on the top 1/3 of the blizzard with no candy bits on the bottom 2/3 of the mixture. It was just the vanilla ice cream.

Today I want to go try out a burger from now and I had the backyard burger ranch and I had it without onion.Any who the the top part of the bread was made of rubber and they didn’t finish cooking. The French fries, even though they were really hot. When they was done cooling off, they wasn’t cooked. All the way.

Your employees need a refresher course on customer service. I walk in and they just look at me, no greeting, no hello literally nothing. The dq in Hilliard, very pleasant, say hello. Being welcoming goes a long way and makes ppl want to return. Here, no but coming back here.

First of all, it was like 7:50 & the inside dining area was already closed. The website says 9:30. Then the person taking our order messed up so we had to pay again & pull forward to wait on one of our 6 piece tossed in BBQ meal to come out just for them both to be literally cold chicken & Fries and the “garlic toast” to look like this. And our S’mores blizzards half way melted? I mean the toast is not even cooked! An awful experience fr. Not to mention they forgot to give us napkins. So that also was annoying seeming how we got tenders that are tossed in sauce and ice cream blizzards all to go…so that calls for a few napkins after the other inconveniences for OVER $30.
