Absolutely stunning space. The views are breathtaking, and the shop itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully crafted. Every detail feels intentional and calm. The atmosphere is only matched by the quality in the cup. The coffee is excellent, and the Japanese teas are truly exceptional, refined, balanced, and memorable.
It offers the high quality offerings of a city coffee shop with the hospitality of a country one. It is equally perfect for a quiet moment alone or for meeting friends and colleagues. I had a networking meeting, and had to find a place halfway between us. Pedro’s was one of them, and I’d never been there so I wanted to definitely check it out. Beautiful! I am all about ambience, in this place has it! Great seating indoors, and outdoors too. They even have hula hoops and balls for kids to play with.

Very cute place with great coffee! Service was great! It is in a random location for sure, but the building and decor is very well thought out. My only slight complaint is the breakfast food is not made on site. I had the bacon English muffin and it tasted like it was made offsite. The donuts are good, but I’m trying to stay off the carbs 🙂 I highly recommend this for the coffee and service! Wish I could have seen the donkey though 🙂

Absolutely adorable spot. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. We went early afternoon and there weren’t a bunch of food options left. We got a couple of lattes which were great. Fairly busy which was nice to see. They had a violinist which was pleasant. Even with the music, a few larger groups and a birthday party upstairs we found a cute little table in the corner which was intimate. The decor, quality of the finishes and construction is top notch. I’ve been excited to check out this new coffee shop in Timnath and finally got too. What a great addition to Timnath and it’s such a beautiful space. Whoever did the design and layout did a phenomenal job! The coffee shop is so cute and quite large. There is lots of nice seating inside and an upstairs as well. And the beautiful outdoor patio area is large and can accommodate many. I had an unsweetened coconut milk matcha and it was delicious. I am always trying to find coffee shops that use the good unsweetened matcha tea and not a sweet powder like Starbucks does. I also want unsweetened almond or coconut and they had both. Nailed it!! My friend had a latte and she said it was delicious. It looks like they have some yummy breakfast burritos and sandwiches & bakery items. We didn’t try any but it looked good. I’ll frequent this place often and I highly recommend you all check it out! Oh and it looks like they are bringing Pedro, the donkey/mule there soon.

We recently had a family tragedy on Colorado Boulevard just up the road from Pedro’s. Pedro’s brought us hot chocolate and coffee and allowed us to warm up in their shop. This was extremely kind of them and they also kept the doors open after it had closed so we can be with our loved ones. Thank you for being so generous

I’m obsessed with Pedro’s and I probably come 1-2x/week. I love the coffee, the atmosphere and the GF food options. Very thankful they are accommodating to dietary needs. Not to mention Pedro is a cutie out in the pasture! Please never stop excellent service, this is a great establishment!
