I would like to express my thoughts on Red Walter’s. Initially, the sauce was truly exceptional. However, since the reopening, I have found the food quality to be quite disappointing.
I recently experienced a 30-minute wait for wings that were unfortunately burnt and dry. With that type of wait time everything should’ve been hot and fresh. They coated the chicken and fries in hot sauce right off the stove, which might suggest freshness, but this was not the case and nor did it hide the burnt food.
Furthermore, the fries were quite unappetizing. They had a burnt taste, similar to the chicken, as if they had been double-fried. The accompanying picture clearly illustrates this issue.
By the way don’t even think about sitting in there to wait on your food, you will be smoked outta there. No ventilation for the food that’s being cooked.

OMG DELICIOUS!!! There Polish Boy has all the flavors sweet, tangy, spicy best Ive ever had!! The greens are savory and the mac and cheese PERFECTION!! Real southern flavor right in Cleveland!!!

The only good thing was the customer service. The wings were mid. $1 sauce per wing?? Absolutely ridiculous. The chicken in my chicken Alfredo was so overcooked and dry, inedible. I literally took it out and fried my own chicken breast that I had in the fridge. Very disappointing first time experience.

Not very good to be honest they never have been good but there food tastes wrost then it did when butch was alive and owned the place if you get sauce they drown everything in sauce the chicken is ok and the fries are frozen the new sauce they use is not very good old sauce was ok the one that bucth made and the wait times for the food I ordered were way to long and I was the only one in the restaurant meh go some were else
