They have great customer service here. The lady taking my order was really sweet, I ordered the spicy famous bowl and Nashville tenders. The spicy bowl had a lot of the sauce which I liked but unfortunately the tenders didn’t. The tenders had little to no sauce so they just tasted like regular tenders to me.

I always get my chicken sandwich at KFC. They really are fresh and juicy. The spicy sauce is just the right spice. Not over spiced and it goes really well. And blends very well with the pickles.

Made my order in the drive through cause the app would not work for my order and saw one female talking to the the person preparing the food. Then that person turned around and looked at me unkindly as she prepared my order. I got home to serve the food to my family and found a sharp piece of plastic in the chicken bucket. Love kfc but this location tends to be super slow and the Workers behind the counter actively ignore you until you basically demand their attention. Every time I place orders on the KFC app, they take forever to put together an order for pickup. I order a 3 PC combo and waited over 40 mins for it despite the app saying the order was ready. Attitude from the workers. Management needs to step it up. I’m not trying to be mean but this is ridiculous. I’m very patient but come on bro there’s a limit

Yesterday by 7:00pm i walk into the Store of the KFC Located in Homestead, and nobody said even Welcome, and I stay for like 5 minutes and no one take my order or even said something. Definitely the customer service is one of the most important factors on any business. I can’t said anything about the food because i can’t order nothing.

When I arrived, there was long line, and I thought for sure I would be waiting forever to get my food. But, surprise of all surprises the line moved swiftly and I was in and out before I knew it! The food was hot, my order was correct. I have no complaints. I will definitely make the drive again…after all “everybody needs a little KFC” every now and then.

the chicken is better at publix down the road. no lie. the fries are different but greasy. the strips are meh.. its just all meh.
