They were not at all busy. The burgers were Luke warm and my French fries were hard a a rock – seriously and total cold. We live in Carbon hill , will not be back.

It seems Jack’s is getting worse each year. We ordered a family pack and by the time my husband got home with the chicken we noticed it was extremely burnt and basically inedible. Truly disappointing as this is one of the few options we have in town.

Every time I go here they either completely mess up my order, or they’re out of ranch. Every single time. Then today I asked for the GM’s number bc I’m sick of their attitudes and shitty service and they said they couldn’t give it out. They did inform me the GM will be back Wednesday, so I will be there to “file a complaint.” Be ready.
