The venue is clean and neat. I ordered and paid through the app.

Seems we paying for 3/4 cup of smoothie, there is already a deep sink in the bottom of the cup. I stand at the register for a good 5 minutes plus one staff back turn rinsing the blender, other guy stacking up the fruits and another staff walk pass me to talk to I’m assuming a friend to chitchat. They all made eye contact when I walked in so I know they saw me and I’m not small either. The store wasn’t busy I was the only one in line other customers were dinning. I spend my hard working money here everyday. Acknowledgment cu when they walk in. Stop coming to work like you and the world is at war. Fix your face, you’re in the hospitality industry. Cu service is important or maybe it’s not to you guys because food sells. The pudding don’t need that much yogurt. If I wanted yogurt alone I would go to giants. Adding water to the smoothie is wild, is the tap water filtered?

I came all the way to this location. I got here at 8:45 and was told that the food side was closed. I wanted a yogurt and was told all utensils were put away. I really need to understand the company’s policy for being open until 9 yet the workers shut down parts of the store. I sat here writing my review and watched them lock the doors at 8:57 which is prior to closing . I understand wanting to go home but when customers come based on time you close it should be fully open until close.

Ordered the oatmeal chia pudding bowl and it was more granola and yogurt than oatmeal. The bananas were also brown. I usually go to the TS location closest to home, but because I work in the area, and leave before the other one opens, I stopped here. I would’ve went back to return it but I was already at work. I should’ve had more oatmeal for $10. I knew it wasn’t much when I finished it pretty fast. Normally the bowl lasts me longer and I eat some of it for lunch.

The service is great…everyone is super friendly, fast service, clean atmosphere. But my boyfriend and I tried 2 smoothies each this morning…trying to tweak the taste…and frankly…it’s just nasty ♀️. No flavor at all just take like ice. The specific reason people go to particular locations is because some know the difference between an ICY and a SMOOTHIE….

So my family and I came to the Reisterstown location for the first time and omgggg their food is Amazing!!!! I’m a picky eater when it comes to chicken because half of these places have chicken that doesn’t always taste fresh
But this place is perfect! I had the Caribbean Jerk chicken with extra Jerk sauce, my 14yro had Buffalo Chkn wrap and my Fiancé had Thai chkn wrap! With a side of Acai berry boost smoothie and a Detox Island Green!
Everything was made quickly and in its perfection! Shout out to the employees who worked here on 9/11/21 at 10:30am! You guys rock!!

The young lady at the register was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo rude and disrespectful. I simply told her I told want too much ice and that became an issue. It’s my hard earned money, it’s my choice how I want my smoothie made. If I don’t want too much ice – that means I don’t want it. Worse off, she messed up our order- we asked for 1 smoothie without Pineapple and Mango and it was mixed up. I am not stepping my foot in that store again. Horrible Customer Service. The owner should be aware and keep a more professional staff there.
