The food was well seasoned, steaks cooked as requested, portion sizes were appropriate, but the veggies were cold. There was a large party in the back, so it took almost an hour for our food to come out. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not a really good experience. We made a reservation on phone but when we arrived, they asked us to wait for 40 more minutes, and then waited for long time until we got our food served. I ordered my steak medium rare but looked like they made it medium well. The steak was dry, tough and tasteless.

We found this place on a whim. We were looking for some comfort food, and boy did we find the right place. The menu was extensive. From seafood, to steaks, sandwiches, hot plates, burgers, pretty much every category you can think of. We settled with the open faced hot roast beef sandwich with mash and gravy, and the French dipped sandwich with french fries. The hot roast beef came with an array of yummy veggies such as cauliflower and broccoli. I was not a fan of the gravy however, not rich enough or beefy enough, but it worked okay with the sandwich. The roast beef was amazing. The French dip came with the most wonderful French fries. They were crispy on the outside and very creamy on the inside. Next time we are getting the basket of fries, they were that good. The ranch dressing for dipping was exceptional. Oscar our server went out of his way to help us, he was generous with his time and kindness, even making my daughter his recipe for ginger ale. All in all worth a visit or two or three.

For a family owned restaurant, this place is not only large, but also very much exactly what we needed. Great portions, soup or salad was included, the bread was warm n delish, the service from the moment we arrived (family of 4) to the moment we left was very nice…and I only got pics of the menus because we devoured our meals (with the exception of some leftovers that were great the next day)….healthy options and solid prices. We’ll be back

One of my vendors does training down at this restaurant regularly and they usually utilize their dinner menu for us the food and the staffer always exceptional. If you are large group check out their banquet room it’s seats a lot of people and it’s comfortable

I ordered takeout and the receptionist in the desk dropped the receipt in the floor instead of giving it to my hand. The food are very expensive and the chicken chardonnay portion is very small for $28. Also when you go to their online menu has no price and the price quoted on the phone is lower than what they charge. Very upset and we will not order in this restaurant again.

“Classic decor.” Very attentive service. There’s also a full bar with karaoke.
Started with a cup of chicken rice soup. The soup was good, not fantastic.
I tried the pepper steak, medium rare, with a baked potato. The steak was well peppered, but barely pink in the middle. Not very beefy.

Possibly the best steak I’ve ever had. For sure a top 3. Service is excellent and despite coming during peak time on a Friday there was no wait. I ordered the New York Pepper Steak. Portions seem generous. Left incredibly satisfied.

Friends invited me to the Three Flames lounge on a Saturday night. What I didn’t know was there was an unposted 2 drink minimum. So after I ordered some food with water and ordered a second water the server started giving me problems.

Then when I ordered a third water, that was where she became ridiculous. She started complaining to the bartender and then she’s complaining to my friends instead of telling ME there was a 2 drink minimum (even though I ordered FOOD!) It was NOT stated on the website! It was NOT stated anywhere that I could see and server did NOT EVER tell ME one single time.

I could have bought a couple of waters or a couple of sodas or whatever but she never told me about the UN-stated, UN-posted, two drink minimum.

I mean do I look like a child you can’t talk directly to me. Do my friends look like my keepers? The whole thing was VERY INSULTING!

And what’s the big deal if I order food instead of drinks anyway???

But understand it was her nasty attitude over this that was ridiculous!!!

I mean to be treated like dirt because I want water after I paid for food???

Oh yeah plus when she took my order she came up BEHIND me and asked me what I wanted. I didn’t even know she was talking to me at first. THAT WAS STRANGE!!!
