Visited this Sonic location for a drink and it nicer than some of the older ones in town. There are plenty of stalls for customers, there is a large outdoor seating area, and a play area for children. There is no drive-thru at this location although they do have a couple of pull up spots. They have the typical Sonic menu along with app ordering specials. Overall, not a bad spot.

Kari, the manager, was super sweet and definitely knows customer service. The stalls are big enough any vehicle from compact to full truck fit with room, the entire place from the playground to the stall screens was spotless, the service was fast, food delicious, and the runners there are very friendly/helpful. Not only is this the best sonic location around, I believe it’s the best fast food place around. Keep up the good work y’all, I’ve been coming here for 8 months and I plan to continue!

I only ordered 2 drinks and they couldn’t even get that right. How hard is it not put ice in my drink, then to bring me out the same one with the iced scooped out (because there was still ice in it when I got it). Then the carhop took my change as if I wanted to leave a tip for paying 8 dollars for some drinks without even getting them right twice

We had a simple order of 4 smoothies. One was supposed to have nerds in it, which we paid extra for,and it did not have them. None of the smoothies were actually mixed. We had to mix them ourselves when we got home. We asked for a carrier on the app, and they didn’t give us one. We had to ask again when they brought our order out(the one we usually go to never forget to use one). The cups were sticky, and we had to ask for straws. We only went to that one because the others were closed. We will not be going back.

I’ve come here often and it was good but far from that today. Ordered coney foot long , two milkshakes large and a tots and chilli. The hot dog looked off like tan almost but I took a bite and instantly spit it out. The milk shake lids just don’t stay on so that was a mess. Then come the chili tots girl takes a bite and says nope so it’s possible it’s the chili that’s bad . I personally think it was the hotdog and chilli . Headed out of town so I didn’t want to spin around. Just went to Wendy’s on the way and threw it all out. $26 and nothing not even the milkshakes as that just got everywhere and I was just over it at that point. But the worst food I’ve had in a long time. And I love love sonic. I think there needs to be more quality control.

Went to pick up a doordash and ordered something while I waited and my food was disgusting. The breakfast burrito and the tots were very old and I didn’t know until after I delivered the doordash and the doordash order was another thing. The customer ordered 4 milkshakes and the girl brought them out with no drink carrier or the drinks secured which one almost spilt every where because the top was not on. I asked the girl if they had carriers and she said yea do you need one. Really. That’s common sense. It’s like I disturbed her to do her job. I hope I don’t have food poisoning in the morning. Just off a bite of that old nasty food I wasted 10 dollars on.

They were so unbelievably rude -&, not just to me, I could hear them on the speakers being rude to other customers. They were struggling to understand an elderly man nearby & spoke so hatefully & were very disrespectful to him. When placing my own order, they didn’t know (supposedly) about the mass-texted special sent out to everyone, everywhere, & put the wrong items on my screen. The girl asked if everything was correct, I said no, she asked what was wrong, I told her, & she said that was my total. & logged off. I pushed the button again, told her my total was still wrong, she sounded flustered & very hatefully (with a lot of verbal attitude) said she didn’t know what I was talking about & started arguing, then suddenly logged off, then another girl came on the speaker. After asking if I had a coupon, I told her it was a text Sonic sent me & everyone else & I could show her. She told me I ordered the wrong thing, so I repeated what I’d ordered &, then, read off what the text said (which was the same as what I’d ordered) & she said ok, changed my items, & fixed my total. It took forever to get my food (I watched 6 other cars pull up, order & receive their food, & leave while I waited –& heard a lot of hatefulness & just ugly, snarky attitude over the speakers while they talked to other customers). &, when my carhop came out & gave me my food, I asked for the ketchup that I’d requested when placing my food order that was clearly not in the bag. She said, “yes, I KNOW you asked for it.” I said “ok, but where is it?” & she said “right,” & starting walking off. & I’m like “wait, what??” She starts to walk off again & I said “wait. Where is it?” She states “it’s not there.” I say “I KNOW it’s not there. Are y’all out???” She says “no. Do you want ketchup?” I said “yes, please, I’d like some ketchup.” She said “I can go get you some, I guess” & just stood there like she was waiting for me to say “oh, nevermind,” but, again, I said, “yes, please, I’d like some ketchup.” She walked off, got some, & brought it to me, but that whole interaction with the carhop was like talking to someone out of their mind on drugs while wearing bunny ears (they were all wearing them for Easter which was 5 days away &, maybe that’s why they were all so hateful because they looked absolutely ridiculous, but it seemed really awful more so because of their unbelievably rude attitudes). &, they STILL didn’t give me all of my order. This was my 2nd time going to this Sonic & both times they’ve shorted me on something I paid for & after hearing how disrespectfully they spoke to me & others, I won’t be back. I get it: my 1st job decades ago was fast food. I’ve worked with the public almost my whole life & it’s hard, but you don’t talk to people that way, especially the nice customers. Not even if it’s your 1st job. Maybe, ESPECIALLY if it’s your 1st job. &, it wasn’t just one carhop, it was several. This Sonic needs to clean house, fire them all, & start over. If those girls don’t like their jobs, they need to find another one or just don’t work (since that’s what they seemed like they preferred), but customers deserve better service & DEFINITELY deserve respect when they’re being nice & haven’t done anything to deserve all the hatefulness & rudeness. I’d have given 10 negative stars if I could have. Awful human beings are employed here.
