I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Starbucks on 91st Avenue! The store manager, Alex, was incredible her communication was top-notch, and she was so kind, willing, dedicated and determined to help the community. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share this experience. I had a mobile order and realized I accidentally selected the wrong cup size. I politely asked if it could be remade since I paid almost $7, but the barista at the window seemed hesitant and came across as rude. After checking with someone else, they did remake it.
When I received the drink, it was filled mostly with ice. I paid for the banana foam which is 2 dollars and put it in the app to be extra which was not since the cup was filled with ice. I’ve never had an issue at this location before, which is why this was disappointing. I understand it was busy, but in the end, it felt frustrating to pay $7 for a drink that didn’t meet expectations. The woman who brought the drink out to my vehicle was very kind and polite, which I appreciated. However the woman at the window was not.

Starbucks in general will never get a star greater than a 1 from me. They took what was a fabulous idea for people to come together, meet new people, socialize, gather in a warm comfy place, escape and so on… and they now turned it into a circus show. I use to be a gold card holder and would frequent Starbucks daily. I did it for years! I couldn’t begin to tell you the heinous things that happened to me in the end. Nor do I want to think about them… Hope some day someone opens that ideal coffee shop again… It is missed! I try not go to starbucks, even started liking McDonald’s coffee, I only visit when someone gives a gift card. Starbucks won’t give the cash back for gift cards.

I ordered an iced coffee and when I went up to the window they had made it hot. I let them know and they said they would correct it. The girl in the window was extremely nice.
Once I got to where I was going I noticed there is no ice in my “iced” coffee I had just gotten 15-20 minutes ago.
I called the location to get a refund as I am unable to make it back to this part of town anytime soon. The girl on the phone stated she remembered fixing mine and she added ice. I let her know I was pretty sure she poured the hot coffee over ice and she denied it. I let her know I am unable to go back to this location to get my refund and she insisted I needed to be there to get my money back. I got this coffee because I have placed to be and she kept saying the same thing.
The photo shows my sisters coffee which was ordered 1 minute after mine because she was behind me in the drive through.
This is beyond ridiculous! I paid my hard earned money to get this coffee for people who work here to not care. I will not be returning back to this location and based off other reviews these worker seem to not care about taking pride in their job and providing quality customer service.

There was a girl with curly hair, she was super sweet and she gave us a very nice experience, she gave us a sample of the pumpkin spice and it was delicious. At first I was hesitant to taste it because I don’t usually like pumpkin spice but she made it very good and made me change my mind about the taste of the pumpkin spice. I forgot the girls name but she was working the afternoon shift in the thrive thru.

The food is fine and so are the drinks the staff is just slow the girl at the window doesn’t know how to multitask. She will take all the orders in the drive thru, she will then proceed to hand you your drinks, after all that she will go ahead and make your food items.
